Starbucks

I go to this location often to get my drink and to study. Upon entering I'm always greeted with very friendly staff, with great recommendations! The baristas are great and are able to craft the perfect and tastiest drinks made to perfection! The environment here is also always so enjoyable. Definitely the friendliest and most enjoyable Starbucks I have been to. Thanks for being so great ladies!

I WAS THERE THIS AFTERNOON AND I WAS HAVING COMPUTER PROBLEMS AND JUST A BAD WORK DAY.... JASHANTI AND HER CO-WORKER WITH THE BLACK GLASSES WERE ROCKSTARS.... VERY VERY HELPFUL TO ME AS I NEEDED TO MAKE A POST BEFORE 430 AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY ... THANK YOU SO MUCH.... ITS NICE TO STILL KNOW THAT THE WORLD STILL HAS FANTASTIC PEOPLE

The staff are always amazing. Accidentally made my drink wrong and caught it before handing it to me, made a new one in record speed, and was lovely about it.

My first visit, the girls were so nice, thank you for making my first visit enjoyable. You will see me again😁

On Friday January 19th, I arrived at this Starbucks to pick up my mobile order. When I arrived and went to the mobile counter for pick up my order wasn't ready. All the staff at this location no me by name, which is a truly great feeling from a customer service perspective. To top it off they no the coffee I order to a tee. So when my order wasn't there I asked a young female barrista named Alex if my order was ready and she politely check and said my order hadn't been received yet . I showed her my cell indicating that I had ordered my latte. While looking at the Starbucks app we both noticed I had inadvertently ordered at the wrong Starbuck store. Alex then immediately started to make me a replacement latte to my liking and within a minute I had my extra hot latte. I offered to pay but Alex indicated that it was on the house. I must say that this gesture of kindness and politeness goes along way in the customer service and retention world of business. It's these little things that are notice and make Starbucks the leader in the coffee market. In closing I have been going to this particular Starbucks since it opened añd I must say the management and staff go above and beyond to serve and welcome you by name every time you pickup a coffee. This type of business model is what makes Starbucks a great business and is why I'm a share holder of Starbucks. In closing a special thanks to Alex for her great customer service.
