Staff work well together. Store very clean. Ben served me very well, smiled pleasantly and said have a good day! Not "Have a good one" - There was a young girl, Stephanie (?) who was training several staff quietly and efficiently. She helped me, and another gentleman, with our apps. I was in the store for at least an hour, and thoroughly enjoyed it

An item in my order was wrong but manager was too busy to come assist in a refund or replacement. It was clear staff were uncomfortable with management and are not treated well at this location. More than once my fries have been very cold, and donuts have been hard every time I’ve gotten them. Pop is always extremely watered down or has the taste of multiple fountain drinks mixed together. Disappointing location overall. Staff at the window is usually great though.

This is unfortunate because the staff themselves have been pretty great at this location! Disappointed in the food though. More than once the pop has tasted like water or a mix of all fountain drinks, they have run out of certain foods many times, and the donuts are almost always hard as rock. This has happened too many times now that I won’t be back.

We ordered a vanilla chai frappe this morning and it didn’t taste normal. It tastes like Greek yogurt no chai or vanilla whatsoever. Whatever was in this was obviously expired. Don’t order it!

I was there on Sunday and only a few cars in front of me. I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin and nothing else (wasn't even a combo). Got to the window and was asked to pull over to the waiting area while they got my order ready. While I waited, I watched a total of 7 vehicles get served medium to large orders. One was a van with 5 people in it and they received 2 big bags, a tray of drinks and a tray of ice cream sundaes. So why on earth did it take staff 16 minutes to make 1 english muffin? Why was everyone's order (behind me) processed first before mine? Someone or some people really dropped the ball here. Why am I complaining about this? Because it isn't the first time this has happened to me!! The next time staff asks me to wait in the waiting area, I am going to simply refuse and wait at the window until my order is done. This NEVER happens at the Terry Fox location.

Not consistent with hours. Waste of your time. Closes early or locks door/ blocks drive through 20/30 minutes before they state they close. This has happened multiple times in the past months!

There was like one car in front of me. Nothing behind. Just two customers. Can't fulfill an order right with full staff just chatting and having fun. Won't apologize for wrong orders. Do not care about customer experiences.

McDonald’s added Fish and Chips to its menu, albeit temporarily, as part of their “Great Canadian Tastes” menu. They announced their catch of the month on May 14th and it’ll be gone by June 17th. The promotion comes following a successful pilot project in Atlantic Canada last year, which saw 86,500 fish & chip meals sold in just three weeks. This time around, McDonald’s is estimating it will use around 260,000 pounds of haddock.

Just a word of caution when going through the drive-thru, check your order before leaving. You will almost certainly be missing something. It is rare that the orders are complete and this is an ongoing problem, been happening for years!

Waited fifteen minutes for a coffee, only ordering a coffee. At ten minutes, waiting I asked for a refund. Was told by the cashier he would need to get a manager. The manager was busy in back and I would have to wait. Finally got the order at fifteen minutes before the manager could come to the front. So much for McDonald's trying to brand themselves as 'McCafé'. Never again.

What can I say. It's Micky D's. That being said, there is still no need for incompetent staff at the drive though. I've lost count the number of times I've gotten home only to find that they messed up the order. Still somehow I find myself grabing something when in a hurray. Hopefully some other fast food burger joint will open in Stittsville so that we have option.

From the viewpoint of a regular!. OK, so Mickey D's isn't exactly fine dining, it suits kids and a good breakfast for a decent price. At least they're making the effort to mix up the taste and expand the 'salad' menu. I've been frequenting this location since I was a teenager. They've done a great job with the recent renos and I hope that the broken windows at the front were not a result of vandalism...although I have my suspicions. <br/><br/>But what I'd like to address is the management at this establishment - well done. <br/><br/>It is hard to get good workers these days and you have managed to secure some polite and presentable youth to represent at the front counter. <br/><br/>Furthermore, I ended up taking my children there tonight for a quick dinner before carrying on with the rest of our evening plans and there was a very large group of teenagers hanging around. Needless to say, this is a massive amount of their food sales - hungry teenage boys! I couldn't help but notice a mother with her 2 young boys ordering and then looking for a decent place to sit. The order line was busy and the seating was overrun with the teens (no big deal - - - just an observation). So there were not many clean places to sit down. This mom ended up deciding to take her food home and proceeded to pack it up. Her boys went to fill up their drinks (at a spot completely out of sight of the management/cashes - I feel this was a massive oversight on part of the renovations) and her boys ended up getting confronted by some of the above mentioned teens. As they proceeded to head back to their care, she went outside and left the bag on the table while she returned to retrieve her drink. A group of 5-6 of these teenage boys walked out of the restaurant and started rooting through their dinner bag! I could not believe what I was seeing - I was shocked and disappointed and as usual...I'm not one to let an injustice and blatant incident of bullying go unnoticed. This poor mother was a bit more passive than I might have been and scolded the boys. They laughed at her and her two young boys. <br/><br/>I immediately went to the front and informed the young manager about this situation. He responded promptly, the teens left and the mother was thanking me profusely. No thanks needed. It's simply about establishing a respect for fellow patrons and it is GREAT and refreshing to see a young male manager take his job seriously and recognize and address an injustice when he is informed of one. <br/><br/>Well done! Your actions this early afternoon were a great example of the behaviour I hope my children get more models of.
