Bought a 6 pack of donuts and found that the staffer had mistakenly put 2 of the wrong donuts in. Called to let them know and they took my name and type missed for me to come by and pick them up at my convenience.
Friendly on the phone and when I went in they quickly handled my replacement.
I know it was a nickle and dime cost for them but the main thing for me was how quickly and pleasantly they dealt with the small error. Thanks folks.
My only complaint is that they should ban the old racist man who berated the staff over ten cents. I'm sorry that he feels he is without imperfections and could do a better job. I'm will to bet he wouldn't even try to learn something new or relevant to society today. If he is so angry over something so minor then he should go home and make his own coffee.
Fast service, fresh and hot food. The staff is also friendly and very efficient.
Good coffee and good food. Chili is better than most tims, everything came out fast and hot (and cold for those intended) and the restaurant was very clean
It’s Tim Hortons. Do we need to say more? Happily predictable menu at what must be the most popular and widespread coffee shop in the country.
As Canadians we've been to countless Tim Hortons but this one has the best bagel BLT we've ever had. It was so fresh!! Lettuce, tomato, cheese all fresh. Egg perfectly cooked as well as the bacon.
Tea was delicious!
Update: went back this morning for the bagel BLT, was still good but not as good.
Close to the hospital. Drive through is always insanely busy, but the inside is quick. COVID protocols are followed perfectly and the place is clean, well kept and has plenty comfortable seating. The food is standard Tim Hortons food. Bathrooms were clean.
