Probably the best poutine I have ever had or at least top 5 the gravy was heavenly and the fries were cooked to perfection I highly recommend if you haven’t already had the honour of eating the amazing food they cook!

I haven’t enjoyed a poutine as much as New York Fries style but these take the damn cake. They had vinegar drizzle from what I tasted and a beautifully rich gravy that didn’t soak into the fries and the cheese curds melted perfectly and stayed melted throughout and it tasted mild and creamy. The fries were cooked to my liking. Soft inside and the edges really crispy. Not hard and crunchy; like a nice really flavoured potato chip. (We all had those few really GREAT chips in a bag of them) Our poutine was eaten at record speeds. Lol. My daughter and hubby really enjoyed them- quickly �. They were a huge hit and if they’re still in the area tomorrow, I will buy from them again. Perhaps I’d try the FDG next time!

We just had Ziggys for our midnight snack at our wedding this past Saturday at the Geo Centre! It was such a huge hit! Thank you so much for ending our night on a high note! Highly recommend them! Todd was fantastic to deal with!
