Wanted to try something new and was in the mood for "pub food". Stumbled on to this place through Google and I'm happy I did. The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and the servers were fantastic. The one server was really promoting what was on tap and I'm not going to lie, I'm glad he did. I think the beer was called Pucker Up!(?) and it was fantastic! I recommend this place if you're looking for casual dining with great pub food! (Going back at some point to try those Ft Mac Nachos!)

My friends, my husband and I went here for the first time this evening. Even though it’s a small spot the atmosphere is great and Gabe, the waiter, was an awesome host. The menu is smallish but the food was outstanding. I had the mac & cheese to start and almost everyone at the table tried it as well. We were all blown away by how tasty and unique it was. Almost everyone at the table had the Fort Mac burger and we all thought it was delicious. My friend had the Mary’s Little Sister and that was to die for (I stole a bite!). The fries were amazing and the gravy that comes with it is so good! My husband and our buddy are craft beer fans so they really enjoyed the local craft beer selections. To top off our new favourite spot it is everything you want in a downtown gastropub without the hassle of having to be downtown! We’ll be back very soon!

Love the apps. Especially the onion rings and Kung pow cauliflower bites. The place is spotless and the portions are generous. You really get that made from scratch taste in every bite. I would've given them a 5 only because I'm not a big fan of their fries.

Was excited to try this place out, got there for the first time yesterday. I had an amazing fish taco (or 2). Rather than having a fixed version on the menu, they go with a market fresh option sourced from the seafood shop next door. I had seared tuna, which was cooked as nicely as I have ever had. Another really nice detail was the plating. Simple and classy, on a beautiful earthenware dish. Cheery, quick service. Well done, I will definitely be back.

The food here does not disappoint and the waiter is extremely friendly and helpful. The layout is a little awkward but it will not deter me from being a regular customer.

One of the best place I've ever been including outside of Newfoundland! Friendly staff, great food, more than enough portion wise and just a great overall experience.

We haven't been in the last year or so but they did not disappoint! My boyfriend got the reuban and I got the burger. They sourced the meat locally and it was fantastic. We also had the pork belly to start and the flavours were excellent. We devoured the pork belly so fast I couldn't even get a picture of how good it looked! We will definitely be back!

Great service. I went specifically for a Burger & Fries. & it was fabulous. I had Onion Rings as well which were equally delicious. I'm not a big fan of Onion Rings but I would have them there again in a heartbeat.

The food was great! I got the fish tacos (with fresh cod) and the piece of fish was HUGE! The taste of the avocado aioli was delicious. My parents got the cod with fries and the fries were absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned. Our server (Gabriel I think) was great, very friendly and appreciative of our service.

Simply amazing. Large portions, good selection of hand crafted beers. Try the burger or fish tacos. Mean Reuben too. Bring your appetite. Great service to boot!
