Wonderful food! Great prices and a nice atmosphere with lots of booths for seating. This is is my #1 brunch restaurant. I've personally never had a problem there.
This has been one of my favourite breakfast places for the last few years! I've eaten breakfast at a lot of diners and chain restaurants, and Jack's is one of the better spots! At Jack's you get a ton of fresh food for your money and really good service! I favourite dish for all breakfast places is French toast, not like the French toast you have to order as a whole meal, but the kind where you actually get more food with it - this is the main reason why I enjoy Jack's so much! Just make sure you get there early, or go when the St. Jacobs market isn't open, or you'll have to wait a little while! Bon appetite!
Great breakfast!. Jack's is my favourite place to go for breakfast in waterloo! The phils cheesesteak skillet is really good - but it's huge! I've also had the turkey club and onion rings, both of which are pretty good too! The prices are reasonable as well. The restaurant always seems busy but the wait time isn't too bad.
Loved it!. My husband I were looking for somewhere to have breakfast when we were staying in Waterloo for our anniversary weekend. We found Jack's on Sunday morning and it was incredible! Excellent breakfast variety and very, very filling meals! We will certainly return!

You get two big skewers of meat (chicken, pork or one of each), a good size greek salad with lots of feta cheese, rice and yummy french fries (they have they best fries!) for $14.99. There is so much food and the flavours all go together. You must try it!
Breakfast is really good there also. Anything we have tried has been delicious from the Jack's scramble, traditional breakfast, pancakes or crepes.
It is a very busy restaurant and for a very good reason - the food and service are fantastic. It is truly worth the wait and they usually move the line through quickly. Even when the restaurant is super busy, you will get your food rather quickly. Our favorite waitress is Kelly-Ann - she is so friendly and always makes our dining experience extra special for our family.
You MUST try Jack's - you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!
Burger delight. One thing I love to have when I eat out is a GOOD burger. After being recommended to me I tried it out after shopping at the outlet mall (it is right across the street). What a great burger, I am looking forward to trying it out with my family sometime. Great service, clean and comfortable.
Brunch on Saturday. Went there on a Saturday just before noon. Lots of people waiting, but I was told 15-20 min wait. It was only that much, impressed! Food was awesome. I had the spinach egg Benedict. WOW!! And not that expensive. Great service, friendly, fast, great food!!

All meals. The food is the best in the area. the home fries are very good ,not deep fried like most do.The eggs benedict is the best ever,made to perfection for each appatite. There portions are huge, and if you can't eat it all you can take it home.The restaurant is always full and I've never had to wait more that 15 min.Fast workers , and good servers. This is the only restaurant we will eat at in Kitchener Waterloo.
This is the second time I have eaten at Jack's, but it was my choice today. It was quote busy on a Saturday evening as usual, but since I was a single I was seated at the bar, which was fine. I ordered my meal with dinks and we were off. My Ginger and Crown Royal was served just before the tomatoe and lental soup; both were excelent! After completing my appitizer the steak was served along with a glass of Red wine. The entree was a New York steak (rare), mashed potatoes with gravey and mixed vegetables. The steak was very good even though it was medium rare. After the entree I ordered the Banana Cream pie and it was very good as well. All in all, the service, embiance along with the food and drink was excellent.

Always a go to for breakfast, brunch! The food is yum and you could really feel the freshness. I have requested for a substitute for meat and I got black bean patty. Staff is super friendly and does a great job!

She got my order wrong but it was not a big deal, so I just ate it. I ordered ham instead of bacon but since I like both, did not care to say anything. The bacon was not cooked to my taste because I like it crispy but I ate it regardless and my food in general was good. My friend's order...I tried the potatoes and they were tasty. A bonus to be able to sit on the patio.
Second review as I went back today: ordered a tuna melt (highly recommend) and a capuccino (delicious). On a side note there were little tiny annoying bugs in the patio today. I got a few bites on my legs.
Cora’s is a classic breakfast place to go to. I haven’t been for quite some time, but it did not disappoint! The wait staff was super friendly and were refreshingly pleasant. The food was unreal… I love the eggs Benedict! Their hash-browns are also always so perfect. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself to a more high-quality breakfast joint.
I came here a few days ago with my boyfriend! The prices were good and the food was yummy. I’m not a big breakfast fan, but my boyfriend is so he was an even bigger fan than me, lol. It was filling and the waitress was friendly! Maybe it was just the day, but it seemed to be a little understaffed for the servers; the service did take a little longer than desired and they seemed to be running around a lot! Definitely not the workers’ fault, though. Worth checking out!
My spouse and I went out for breakfast to Cora and had a positive experience.
The food was great but what I really came here to say was our server, Amber, was exceptional! She exemplified a high level of care and professionalism that all of our needs were met. Not only did she meet our needs but she went above that to ensure everything was going well; I had also seen/heard her serve other tables with that same type of phenomenal service.
What makes my dining experiences so great is when the workers do everything they can to make sure you’re well taken care of. Way to go Amber! We will definitely be attending more frequently and spreading the word.
Worth of a long waiting for this egg Benedict dish. We ordered three blueberries pancakes on the side too. All yummy. The restaurant was very busy and under staff, but we do not mind waiting.
Such a great spot for breakfast! Customer service is 5/5. I had a lovely waitress and the store manager is great! Everyone working at the restaurant look very committed to their job.
