Quality sometimes inconsistent but overall still the best pizza in St. Kitts. I've been ordering Fabio's since 2005, they're simply the best pizza in town. I do feel that that consistency of the pizza was better some years ago when both Fabio and Levi were always at the store and it doesn't seem to be run quite as professionally now as it was back then...but given the area they're not looking to cater to Mr. and Mrs. Tuxedo Ferrari.
I think Fabio was opening up another location which may explain why he's not often there. I don't find the timing issues as the other folks do, when they say 30 minutes it's much more often than not coming out the turbo oven when I arrive. I like the quality ingredients they use and I find it makes a difference overall. Any time I order pizza elsewhere in St. Catharines I'm usually disappointed.
When you're biggest complaint about a place is the atrocious spelling and grammar mistakes on all the signs and menu in the building, you know their doing something right with the food. I have occasionally had a pizza here or there that I didn't find up to the usual standards but compared to the cardboard coming out of places like Duff's and Pizza Pizza I'll take a sub-standard Fabio's pizza over the competition any day of the week.
I have not tried the new guys up on Linwell, Pie Guys, I hear they're good, the only other pizza I find decent in this area is Buona downtown behind the Pizza Pizza, they do some nice pies too.
If you have issues with Fabio's delivery, pick it up yourself. In 9 years of averaging 2~3 pizzas a month I've never once had my pizza brought to my door. I'd rather grab it fresh out the oven and beeline directly to my front door as no-one can get there faster than I can.
Yummy greasy pizza. As a college kid I feel no shame in eating this kind of food. It's really weird how they only have pepperoni slices and they only have large pizzas, no medium and they're way too expensive. So I just stick with the slices. The slices are pretty big, I've probably had bigger... It's that quintessential gooey saucy cheesy pizza.
Great pizza & service. This place has the best pizza in St. Catharines. Whenever my husband wants pizza, I insist he order it from Fabio's. I don't know why other people have said they received poor service. That has definitely not been my experience. In fact, I have food allergies, & most pizza places get pretty grumpy about having to make special accommodations for me to prevent cross contamination. However, Fabio's is really nice about it, & they remember me & what I'm allergic to whenever I call to order. Also I'm pretty sure that they are actually doing what I ask (using clean pans, cutters, gloves, etc.) because I've never had an allergic reaction after eating their pizza, & I have from other places even though they SAID they took precautions. Also Fabio's wings are fantastic. I am super picky when it comes to wings, but I love theirs. The sauce has just the right amount of spice, & it's a bit sweet & tangy at the same time.
Probably the best pizza place in St Catharines. Can get a bit pricy though

November 2 2011 and Nov 4 2011. Hello im just writing about my experience at fabios pizza the other night wednesday November 2 The 2 male employees that were working that night were FANTASTIC food was amazing service was amazing they were polite not rude like the past if there was any way fabios could have more employees like them i would go there all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Friday November 4th
I came in to order some food again because of the excellent service i had couple days ago, fabios was busy and the one gentleman said that it would be about half an hour i said that would be fine i came back 45 mins later and the one lady i think her name was brenda had just slammed the phone on a customer which made me feel like omg but i didnt say anything then she came over and asked me what i was waiting for i told her my order and she freaks out that it wasnt done yet screaming and swearing and i had my 5 year old daughter beside me and I did not want her to hear all the RUDE things she was saying infront of me and other customers and we WILL NOT BE BACK WHEN SHES WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
Ive been addicted to fabios for 2 years now aswell as my 2 year old son whos very picky. Staff is very friendly and polite. I highly recomend
Absoulty amazing!. Honestly fabios pizza is the best pizza around. i cant eat any other pizzaa anywhere else its pretty much addicting. yes there can b a wait but its well worth the wait and yur money . everyone i know goes to fabios and they as well have nothing too say that is negative. i will countinue eating fabios pizza. Just cant get enough of it :)
Ive bin going to fabio's for about 2 years and i would have to say so myself it is deffinatly the best pizza in town there is a bit of a wait but the pizza is outstanding its addicting fabio's has a true pizza taste unlike any other if you ask 1/10 ppl in town they will tell you fabios is the best and personaly i have not yet had bad service from fabios and the wait is well worth the money and time i would recommend anyone to go there if you want to try what real pizza tastes like
