N'ata Cosa Ristorante Pizzeria

I went here last night and this morning I went to mass to thank The Good Lord for the meal because it was Devine intervention. We had the Arancini, pizza, cannelloni, gnocchi Gorgonzola and the lamb special. Prior to this meal, I was an atheist however once I ate, I knew that God was real because he made that meal. The tomato sauce on the Arancini was an unnecessary addition as the Arancini were perfect without but once they added that magical sauce, I'm pretty sure that's when I first heard the Angels sing. Shortly after came the pizza with mushrooms, sausage and basil. The pizza was cooked perfectly, fresh toppings, spectacular dough. In short it could not have been any better. Once our pastas came I didn't know how this meal could further improve but add in handmade gnocchi in a gorgonzola sauce with walnuts and I'm pretty sure Jesus himself couldn't have made it better. The cannelloni was stuffed with chicken and peppers in a cream rose sauce. Cooked to perfection. Moist chicken, tasteful and seasoned but not overpowering. Finally the Lamb. After eating this, I want to go thank the Shepherd that raised and fed this lamb. I've never had a more tender piece of meat. It was as tender as the touch of the Virgin Mary. The seasoning and balsamic reduction on the lamb were good enough to be a meal on their own. I could talk about this Lamb all day. I might spend the week writing poems about it but even then I'll never be able to capture its beauty. As I said, this meal was cooked by the gods and delivered by N'ata Cosa.
