Many people I know have been raving about this place since it opened so this afternoon, my partner and I headed downtown to find out for ourselves if it lived up to the hype.
We were seated and served very promptly and the staff was friendly. My partner doesn’t eat animal products so he ordered the original burger with a meat-free patty and vegan-friendly bun. When our food arrived, he was mistakenly served the original burger without any of the modifications as well as a side of garlic-parm fries he didn’t order. When we informed our server of the mix-up, he was very apologetic, immediately removed the burger from the table, and left the fries for us (me) to enjoy free of charge. At this point, we were a little skeptical.
Very shortly after, our server came back with the correct order and before leaving us to enjoy our meal, he said “by the way - we’ve taken the burger off your bill”.
I couldn’t believe it! Not only did they correct their mistake in a polite and timely fashion, they also weren’t going to charge us for it! Very few places would handle a situation like this with such integrity and, quite honestly, had they just replaced the burger it likely would’ve left a bad taste in our mouths and we might not have gone back.
Excellent business practice and excellent customer service. Not to mention, the food was insanely good. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in need of a good burger.
This is by far the best burger place around. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is to die for. Had the duck wings and they were fall off the bone tender. If you havnt checked this place out yet then what are you waiting for??

Such a great place! Friday night with friends, 45min wait - 💯% worth it!!! Caitlin was our server- she was polite, friendly and attentive (Thank you!) We ordered the tater tot fondue - yum. Duck wings are an absolute must order and the chef smash (🍔 of the day). The whole experience was fantastic. Great craft beverage menu too! GO!!!
Food was unbelievable. Everything we ordered was amazing def worth the 30 min wait. Only complaint our server wasn't very prepared on the menu and specials. Still highly recommend this to everyone.
I went for the first time last night and let me tell you it was amazing ! Our waiter was great, the girls at the door were super friendly and the food was to die for.
Everyone must get a milkshake !

I love it at the first taste of my burgers. I had the K.F.C burger with Korean food. Damm! It was amazing. The combination of Asian and burgers was really really tasty. Nothing over, food, snacks and beers I like all of them. The restaurant kinds of small, it will better if it’s Bùi get a bit. More seats for everyone
Hands down the best burger I’ve had in a very long time. Wish there was a location closer to Toronto.....but worth the drive,that’s for sure.
Food was great...fresh and hot . The only complaint we had was they had no high chairs and that was fine as they just opened so we were okay with that but then the server said that they will not be getting any high chairs as the kids just make a mess and they take up too much room . We take our kids and our grand children out for supper a lot and sadly we will not return here
Re � Donk � Cue � Lus . Fresh ingredients, tons of imagination and of course flavours are on point. This place has made its mark in St. Catharines. Looking forward to my next visit!

The most delicious burger ive tasted!! My server melanie was awesome! Only complaint is i didnt have room in my tummy for the cheesecake shake. NEXT TIME!!
