This gourmet soup and sandwich shop evolved from a food truck. Two highly trained chefs and their partners own and operate the business which has only been open for about two months - breakfast and lunch. As a unique way to reach the after hours crowd, Friday and Saturday nights they reopen at 6 with a tapas and wine menu. Try the Fries. Unusual and likely the best I've ever had.

We stopped in for cocktails & tapas and WOW! So happy to have a place like this in Spruce! The cocktails were unique and the tapas were delightful!! Our favourite were the duck confit spring rolls. The place had great ambience and the staff were super friendly. Great date night!! Highly recommend.
