Completed a deal with Jamie Nunn on Friday where my father picked up his retirement vehicle. I would highly recommend dealing with this gentleman. He was easy to work with and willing to give of his own time to make the deal work for us. We had come a long way to look at the truck and they certainly went the extra mile. You feel like you are dealing with family here. It's always a pleasant experience dealing with their staff. Whether it's service, parts, or sales, there seems to be an emphasis on being knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have purchased vehicles here and had them serviced here. Caveat.. . They are currently changing ownership so I am hopeful they carry on as usual.

I am very impressed with the excellent service that I received at Aitken Chevrolet in Simcoe. After purchasing an electric car at another dealership three weeks ago, it stopped working. I called Aitken and spoke to their service manager, Chris. He gave me some suggestions to try and gave me the number to call for a tow truck to come ASAP, the cost of which was covered by GMC. Chris called to keep me informed of what was happening and the cost involved. He took my car for a test drive afterwards to ensure that everything was working as it should be. The service that I got when I arrived to pay my bill was amazing! When I bought the car, that dealership put undercoat on the back-up camera lens. Aitken's service team used three different products until I could use the back up camera safely (compared to the other dealership that told me to use nail polish remover). They fixed my back door which had been in a locked position since I bought the car, and they washed my car. Aitken fixed the car in a timely manner, were more than fair with their pricing, and were professional, courteous, and kind throughout this ordeal. I highly recommend this dealership and I will only be taking my car there from now on.
