Matt and staff extremely polite and professional. Greeted with a smile, Matt came out and explained the breakdown on how to order and gave an in depth detail on their sauces.
While waiting I was treated to Matt’s newly created banana spring rolls. Absolutely amazing!!! A must try, being added to the menu hopefully.

Gluten Free options available. Manager and staff knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. Great fresh food with large portions. Have been back many times.
It's consistently good food and good service. The issue is with the spices and stuff used. I feel like it's too much on the edge of authentic and makes my taste buds go wonky. On another note please don't try the extra spicy. You will die.
Was okay. Didn't love it, but wasn't bad. For 2 mains and 2 appetizers it was +$40 w/o tip which seemed a bit steep for a glorified Wok Box. In fairness, my wife probably would have given it 4.5 as she really liked it, but for the price I'm not sure we'd go back (we did take out).
I should mention that they were VERY accommodating to my nut allergy. If you are anaphylactic I would avoid as virtually everything will come into close contact with nuts.
Have only tried it once so far since they have came to Sherwood park I am from Vancouver island and have tried the original Victoria noodle box many times and this one tastes the same only complaint no shrimp the day I was there.
I have dined here on many occasions now. Nice place.

Doesn't happen this fast often. I feel they should have half order sizes...but they don't appear to.
Sadly, my biggest point of contention of late is their inconsistant application of their spice. I always stick with a mere 1 on their scale. Several time now I have gotten home woth my take-out only to find that the dishes are hot enough to set my tastebuds ablaze. Given the range of spice they offer...the really so need to be carefull. It gets damn hot. Had I been dining in on these occassions...they certainly would have been remaking my meals.
Regardless...I'll be back.

Honestly, hands down 100x better than oodle noodle or wok box. I don't get out to Sherwood park often but now I definitely have a reason. It tastes fresh, the fact I can pick the spice level is great and this sauce is amazing.
My fiancée and I love this place, we checked it out on the day that their entire proceeds were going to charity, even the staff was working for free (with huge smiles on their faces), that tells me about the culture there. Yes, a bit on the expensive side, but the portions make up for it. Huge portions that turn my meal into 2 meals-and it's just as good the next day. We have only done takeout, but the place and the people are hip and inviting.
Didn't know what to expect. I had heard about this new place that opened in the park selling stir fry's, so I popped in on a lunch break. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The owner (or manager) came from behind the counter and walked me through the entire process. He took his time and made me feel so welcome. I have a peanut allergy and they took all the precautions to ensure I didn't have any peanuts in my dish at all. I ordered on his suggestion, the green curry and it was delicious. Creamy spicy and full of flavour. Huge portion and so fresh. I was told they make all their sauces from scratch and you can tell. You haven't tried noodles until you've tried this place!
Noodle box first originated in Victoria BC and I'm am OVERJOYED to have it here in my new home Edmonton! This restaurant is WILDLY popular in Victoria and I can see it taking off here too!
