Fantastic first experience and it won't be our last! Authentically French, organic, well-prepared, good quality and beautifully plated dishes! Thank you Chef Freddy and BTG Team for that amazing brunch today! The smoked salmon crepe with cream cheese, capers and fresh crisp red onion surpassed my expectations. The salmon is house-cured and there is a generous portion of that amazing ingredient in his crepe! The side salad that accompanied it, was lovely too. My husband really enjoyed his slice of the freshly baked quiche Lorraine with side salad too. Love the individual coffee brewed from a cappuccino machine. Richer, fuller and bolder.
The best crepes and service I have ever received. It is about a 2-hour drive for me, but I will continue to make the trip because the menu is always changing and the food is delicious.
We stopped in for dessert only, that was until we saw their awesome menu & knew we had to give it a try. I had the Mediterranean & it was absolutely delicious!! It was piping hot & stuffed with beautifully seasoned vegetables. The vibe was great, very welcoming & cozy. We had the LemonLious dessert crepe & really I have no words..OMG to die for!!! Service was prompt & super friendly staff, Chef Freddy was so nice! He took the time to speak to every table & made everyone feel so welcome. I will definitely be back & bringing my friends. Do not hesitate to check this place out..it is one in a million! Make reservations because it does have limited seating & is busy busy!!!
