Very tasty, weekends bring special dim sum options. All of the food was well prepared. They did start to bring us less as the meal went on, but we just kept ordering. One server was very friendly, the others barely acknowledged us or our thanks.
Quality of the food was good for the most part. Wasn’t thrilled with the salmon sashimi and wouldn’t order it again. The rolls were very well made, and tasty. The salad bar up front had an awesome seaweed salad, a personal favourite.
Service was very slow and the server apologized repeatedly for it; I’m assuming they were short staffed. Took around 1.5 - 2 hours for dinner. Since I was travelling, I was solo so I didn’t mind but if you were looking for a speedy all you can eat(it’s possible!) then this wouldn’t have worked.
Overall it was a decent restaurant. Everything was very clean and the overall food quality was very good (except the sashimi).
**NOTE that the stated hours are when door is locked. When they "close" at 10, kitchen closes at 9..salad bar taken down early aswell. Rushed meal if you show up around 8:30
But...
This restaurant is absolutely amazing! If you have $35 (this included dinner a straeberry slush drink anf a coffee) to your name and you want to go for supper this is the best bang for your buck. It's all you can eat and there are plenty of options if you do not like actual sushi. The beef teriyaki is absolutely amazing, may I also suggest the basil beef. Popcorn chicken is a must-have and when you go on the weekends they have coconut shrimp. The salad bar offers many different options including soups, salads and deep fried tofu. Vegetarians are also accommodated quite well at this establishment....did I mention there's a rewards program, you can also grab a loyalty card while you're there to collect points.
