Such delicious food...I enjoyed the wonderful seafood chowder, homemade bread roll and a huge piece of coconut cream pie 🥧. My husband had fish cakes, a salad and homemade green tomato chow. Everything was melt in your mouth excellent. I only wish I lived closer...a visit would be a weekly event but it is a long drive for me. I will always go there when I visit the Bay of Fundy side of Nova Scotia.
We had traditional Acadian food at La Cuisine Robicheau. My husband tried the Rappie Pie Clam tester ($2) and decided he’d have the Rappie Pie Chiken ($12) for his main dish. Appetizers are Fricot ($5) and Robiteau’s Au Gratin Special ($20) which is made of scallops, lobster, and mozarella cheese. I had the seafood lasagna with Caesar salad (forgot how much but could be $26). For dessert, we did rhubarb pie with ice cream (not more than $7). Servers are very nice elderly women. They’re very sweet and lovely. 💕
The absolute best seafood restaurant in SW Nova Scotia. Hands down, period. The seafood chowder is to die for. It's a must,even if it's only the small bowl. If you've never had seafood lasagna you should try it, you won't regret it. My wife and I have been coming here for years and it seems to be getting better as the years pass. We celebrated our anniversary and had a special time. I suggest you bring your favorite wine with. Janelle our server was exceptional. A must whilst in Clare.

We had the chowder, creamed lobster, fish cakes and split a piece of chocolate cream pie... It was all amazing!
We stopped last week, and had supper on the deck overlooking the bay.
My wife ordered a pan seared seafood plate ,which was amazing.
I ordered the seafood lasagna which was great as well.
The service was great and view of the bay was simply beautiful.

La Cuisine Robicheau was fabulous tonight! You can tell it has fantastic food, because every seat in the house was filled. Cars just started pouring into the parking lot at 5:45. On Thursday night, they have a live band who were wonderful. They had everyone singing, or dancing and clapping. What a fantastic atmosphere! And the food!! Delicious! We had salad, shrimp cocktail and haddock with creamed lobster! Unbelievably good. Nothing is fried. Everything is fresh, never frozen. If you are looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed, family oriented restaurant, then La Cuisine Robicheau is the place to go!
