Delicious & healthy food options for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Awesome coffee/tea options. A cozy modern and bright atmosphere and the shop is lovely and stocked with so many cute things as well! All the people that work there are genuine, helpful, and friendly. I will be back!
While staying in Sauble Beach decided to visit the Wellness Refinery and ordered a Chai Vanilla smoothie. It was delicious and love the option to add various types of protein.
The shop kept me interested to look at the various items on display as my smoothie was being made and appreciated the calming and peaceful atmosphere. Very cozy inside or sitting outside. Also noticed some delicious looking snacks. Recommend visiting.
The ladies who owned the cafe/worked there, were super sweet and friendly.
There was a bit of wait for the food but they'd mentioned to us that they haven't had that much service, so they were surprised themselves.
I'm not surprised though, the food was really good and fresh. My friends who ordered the smoothie bowls said they were very delicious and super pretty. I got the roasted veggie panini with a salad on the side, de-licious!

Nice place for modern baked goods, smoothies, coffee and sandwiches. The menu in the store is not very descriptive and you have to read it on your mobile to know what is in each item. We visited them in the morning (a few minutes after they opened) and they were already sold out of some items which was disappointing.
Fantastic food in a really pleasant environment. The smoothies are great and the waffles are out of this world.
From the toasts to the Wellness Bowl to the Smoothie Bowls, this place keeps me fed all summer! I love enjoying my food on their back deck, such a peaceful space.

The staff are friendly and everything we ordered was delicious. The price point is a little higher, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.
This is such a cute place to stop by for a healthy meal before heading down to the beach. We sat out on their front patio and had their smoothie bowls and warm granola bowls. They were stunning to look at and kept us full for hours. There is also a store where you can buy jewelry, oils, teas and a lot more. Definitely check it out.
