I really wanted to give 5 stars. This Starbucks is clean and they serve really good beverages. The staff are very friendly, but every time I go there the staff are talking amongst themselves and customers are waiting a long time to get served and then waiting a long time for their drinks to be made.
Always a good experience at any Starbucks.. someone knows how to run their business. Even though there was an issue with the app and ordering.. I was taken care of inside with smiles and great service
Becca and Jody(think that’s how you spell her name) was absolutely amazing! Honestly Jody and Becca made my entire day! They were fast and very patient with me too! They actually Jody made a conversation with me which made me happy! Thanks so much girl you guys rock!!
Always friendly service. They get my order right 100% of the time. They help me figure out how to decaffeinate and reduce the sugar on my favourite drinks 👍
EDIT- had to knock them down a star because the last 2 times I went they messed up my drink royally. Don't enjoying paying a fortune for a beverage I didn’t want 😔
Great coffee, great sweet treats, great sandwichs (if they have them)
Issue: they have so many options this location doesn't have them all or even many of them (you can see on moblie app)
Also the worst times i find to go is 11:15am - 1pm (lunch times) very busy.
Yes this is more expensive then tims, but you can find more combinations and you craft your coffee (or non coffee) drinks more than tims. Like lactose free, add nutmeg (really good) all times of year.
Drink: double chocolate chip frappauccino blended cream (lactose free) no whip.
