I received a parking ticket because my prepaid receipt slipped down between my dash and windshield so it couldn't be seen. A quick trip to city hall and it was all taken care of. No charge. Thanks for being so understanding!

Due to moving departments I used the stairs..at my age it was a long walk..the staff in both offices were very helpful
