Review Mcdonald's - Richmond

One of the best McDonalds locations, Design of store is very nice Food is also good. Service is fast and staff are nice. This branch is larger and features kids place as well. It is relatively clean. It can get busy. Drive through is usually not so busy though.

This Mc branch specializes in providing a taste that takes you back in time to the original joint, the burgers are beefy/meaty the flavors are spot on. P.S. the dessert is not that good so, y’all know whats recommended.

What a nice location. They have a couch and a lot of booth seating. They also have a small Play Place for kids open from 7-9pm. The Habanero Bacon Egg McMuffin was messy and had a ton of sauce dripping out of it. I don’t suggest you eat it in your car.

Best service ever!!! Mostly i order online from this restaurant and food is always fresh and warm, sometime they don’t put mayonaise in the bag i asked for but main is food which is best. Even if i walk in they will treat you kindly and with a big smile always. Highly recommended this one from all Richmond locations.

This should be one of the best McDonald's around it was the 1st McDonald's open in all of Canada 1967 This should be well-set-up well clean and a well oiled engine in this place

One of the two drive through stalls was closed. Waited for 10min without moving before I got out of the drive through line and left. Executives should pay staff more instead of taking huge bonuses so locations can operate efficiently

Came in and ordered from the self checkout. Overheard the manager 'training' two new staff members in the most toxic and abusive way I've ever heard in all my 15 years of working retail and customer service. She said, "This is your last day of training, after this you'll have no more training. You've been listening to me which is good, but you've also been listening to other people, which is a problem." I was very uncomfortable and had to leave, my group wanted to eat inside, but I couldn't stay there after that. It's no wonder McDonald's has the reputation it has as an employer with Management like that.

Probably the best McDonald's in Richmond, especially for dine-in. I've had two errors total after eating there once per week for years, and both times the issue was immediately rectified. Staff are nice and easy to deal with, were a little annoying about mask theater during the wuhan pandemic thing, but were never rude or aggressive so it's not enough to warrant a loss in rating. Nowadays it's business as usual, and I'm yet to have any issue.
