We've ordered from this location many times. It's always been good, quick and employees provide exceptional service.
This is one of the best McD locations in the lower mainland in my opinion.
And their burgers are huge, look at that Big Mac!
Except 3 or 4 employees were customer service oriented, which I was glad to get. The majority of them at both drive-through windows must be too busy or stressed out for customer service. No greeting, nothing said at all during the whole transaction.
Never in my entire life have I enjoyed a burger quite to this level it tasted almost as though it came right off the grill of your Backyard BBQ I would bring my entire family tree over there rather than sit at home and cook garbage burgers that are bought at the grocery store fresh I must say that in the last couple of years McDonald's has really stepped its game up. I highly recommend this high-end for any kind of business meeting or family get-together there always accommodating even for the less fortunate as you may see there's the occasional sleeping but always friendly homeless person which I think adds to the funk shui of the building.
Haven't been to this one before I was in Richmond shopping and it was convenient had to park to the side to wait for my order which is fine but other cars who placed their order after me got there's first I called the lady who was dropping off the order to the car next to me and I asked her where was my order and she went got my order and apologized that they didn't see it there ready to go
