○decent service/ when it's busy it's very hectic for them it seems (can't handle it too well with the stress)/ fast food
○decent food/ tasty broth
○family friendly
○price is a tad too high for quality and quantity/ this is more of a last minute resort place/ desperate for soup place/ wouldn't be my first choice
○if I had to choose 1 dish: deep fried wonton
○would i go back? Yes
Decent quality food but a bit expensive compared to other Vietnamese places with limited parking spaces. I think best way to get there is to park somewhere nearby and walk.
I eat lots of Vietnamese foods in Edmonton, AB & I believe that I would be a good judge. Pho Japolo on Bridgeport decorated very nicely, super friendly staffs, good size soup noodles, and very reasonable prices. See photos. Close to Home Depot.
Sheepie’s friend suggested going to this place and he was a bit concerned that the restaurant was bare with only one customer. There were a few flies circling in the middle of the restaurant which wasn’t so pleasant to look at but the restaurant overall was kept clean. I ordered the #8 Rice noodle soup with chicken meat and quail eggs. I ordered the small bowl $8.35. The large would have been $9.45 but the small was pretty decent size – perfect for me! I was happy that the soup wasn’t too salty as some other pho places can be. I was pretty happy with this pho – veggies, chicken, egg, and noddles! The veggies could be cut a little smaller but overall very good. empty… Rice noodle soup with chicken meat and quail eggs. Small bowl $8.35 Sheepie ordered something with rice as he hates Pho. It looked pretty delicious. I’m tempted to order it for next time, but if I’m at a Pho restaurant, I must order pho…I love pho…The staff was alright. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad.
Pretty typical pho place. Portion and price is pretty standard too. Service is good. Very polite, and the place is very spacious and not too many people so the whole experience is very nice and relaxing. The sub is crunchy and meat is very tender. Highly recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised by this spot in Richmond! Friendly service, definitely bigger than it looks from the outside and located in an unassuming strip between a computer store and another small restaurant/cafe. I appreciated the portion size, tasty and freshly grilled. They also had subs but I was way too full to try them. I am sure I will be back to try other things on the menu.
Food and price were average. Waiter was very not friendly. Did the strict minimum - little to no interaction with us.
Quaint mom and pop place, family friendly. Decent pho and bowls. Reasonably clean atmosphere, friendly staff, prices are a touch higher, but still reasonable
Nice soup base for pho noodles and Cambodian style noodles was tasty! Also enjoyed their spring roll in a salad roll. Quick service.
Great bowl of soup, took my mom, dad and grandma. It was a wonderful lunch, we all had the pho. Was delicious!!
