Review A&w Restaurant - Richmond

Haven't had a bad experience here. My daughter and I love the mozza burger! A little pricey but worth it if you have coupons 😉. Root beer floats and onion rings are yummy too!

I miss stand alone A&W's in the US. I wish they were still Drive-in style restaurants too, but this will do. Food is decent for a fast food joint and I like that you can buy 4 packs of glass bottle root beer. That's very nostalgic for me and reminds me of the 80s. The burgers are alright but the fries are top 3 for fast food fries for me.

The server was cleaning tables when I walked in, she sanitized her hands and came took my order, had my drinks ready and asked if I needed a take out tray. Meanwhile she took order with her headset on drive thru customs. My burgers were packed in no time with ketchup already in bag for my fries. A truly amazing genuine hard worker, thanks Kat, good work 👍

Fast food. Same as all A&Ws, good and consistent. It’s spacious but quite busy for this location. Lots of parking in the large parkade. Good breakfast deals.

This location is great, always clean with friendly, fast service and food always looks and tastes good. Also lots of parking. 👍👍

Clean store and washrooms. Plenty of parking. Ordered burgers with lettuce wrap but they turned out pretty messy. Root beer glass not cold enough.

A really nice A&W. They have plentiful indoor seating and this is a drive thru location. Bathrooms are generally clean. Food is good for fast food and their new vegan burger is pretty great. Staff are friendly at this location. They have Wi-Fi if you are working on a computer. Parking is plentiful as they are part of a strip mall. They are on one transit route and their area small amount of bike racks in the mall lot.

Love the beyond burger, and I love the fries specially when fresh, that's the best fries! Love it

Popped in for breakfast on our way to the airport today. I always enjoy the A&W bacon, eggs and sausage. With toast and hash brown. With a little side of tomato. Eggs were a bit over cooked but still good. My wife enjoyed the pancakes and a side of bacon.

Really great service, the food was good and they have a new/clean renovated place & washroom! Also they offered to serve the drinks in these cold glass mugs so thats a 10/10 for me!

A&W Canada is awesome, unlike A&W USA which sucks sh_t. Great food, real sugar Root beer. I have to come everytime I visit Canada.

After my trip to the adjacent Pizza Pizza several days ago, after eating the pizza, it was terrible! I thought I'd stop by A&W to have a nice cold glass of root beer, and be reminded what friendly customer service at a takeout restaurant was like! Thanks A&W St Edwards drive and to the two young guys that assisted me.

The food was fine, but be careful about the business hours listed on Google. The signs are clear on the restaurant itself, they say "Drive-thru open 24 hours." I arrived on a late flight to YVR and was hungry at a nearby Hotel. With only the drive-thru open late I went through on foot, a first for me. The woman seemed fine with a pedestrian at her window and she even warned a car coming after to drive carefully around me. It was not the most comfortable way to buy a burger but I left with what I needed.

Recent Visit - Staffs are friendly and tables are clean. I give 5 starts this visit. 1 Yr ago - Staff not too friendly and helpful as my last visit. Table are not too clean as usual. - Get only 3 stars this time.

Best fast food burgers around. Best apple pie too. Fries are good but their driks are too small and need ice!

Great location! Let me order through COvid, by walking to to the drive through! I’m traveling and staying at a nearby hotel. Great food and great service!

Hey guys! Fast food is usually attributed to something like Mcdonald’s or A&W , but is it really all bad? Do the coupons make it worth a trip? Could it be A&W actually has a great seasoning on their burgers or are the onion rings just made of oil? Read on to find out. Food:  I came here for a work lunch and I ordered a Teen Burger Combo with Onion Rings . One of the things I like about a dine in experience at A&W is that you get a nice frosted mug to hold your soda. This is a much better practice than adding ice to a drink because that tends to dilute the taste. The burger here tasted here was quite dry. The iceberg lettuce was probably the moistest part of the experience because the patty looked crumpled up and was quite dull in colour. The best part of this meal would be the onion rings. These were not as oily as I have found at Red Robin’s or White Spot so I think for a fast food restaurant the rings were really enjoyable. If you’re looking for a small snack and are in need of opioids and fatty foods, the onion rings are worth taking a look at here. More often than not they come fresh since onion rings are not a common order. Your wallet will also thank you with the help of these online monthly rotating coupons . Onion Rings Features: This A&W is a full-sized restaurant with seating for about 60. The washrooms are okay since they require a key to get in and there aren’t too many questionable people in this neighbourhood of Richmond. Condiments can be found on the side and there are nice portraits of previous A&W restaurants adorning the walls. Inside A&W Service: As with all fast food places, you place and pay for your order first and receive your food before finding a seat. Same but Different. Good service and food. Its the the burger and onion rings I grew up loving. Served by friendly staff and a little touch of class with a fries basket, nicer burger wrappers and a funky tray. We use them for our school's hot lunch program and they are always so good in taking the hundreds of orders, having it ready on time and giving great service and follow up. Keep up the good work.
