Review Kfc - Richmond

I bought a the 20 pieces variety bucket and it absolutely the worst KFC I have ever tasted even the gravy have no taste, chicken flavourless, popcorn chicken was flavourless.They also don’t answer their phone No service. We had to use ketchup and sauces to eat our meals. Just hands down the worst KFC EXPERIENCE EVER. I don’t know how they can mess up KFC original recipe it should all be premixed it’s like little seasoning no salt flavourless. No wonder LA chicken is so busy. Would not recommend them at all. Terrible every way you look at it.

This is the worse experience from Dec 23 , 2021, I have not reported to anyone because I know its holiday seasons , so I had given them more than enough time to get back to me, I filled out the contact (required) forms for four times , I had called the store, the staff told me that their manager is coming back in Saturday Jan 1, 2022, but I had not heard back from any of them nor KFC whatsoever , I even called in the same day that had this raw chicken sandwich before this store closed , but no one picked up the phone. This is unacceptable , absolutely horrible, I had given so much time waiting for the feedback or emails contact, I had received nothing not even an apology from this horrible experience , I filled out this survey KFC they sent me after I bought this meal, all they had given me a free popcorn asked if I would accept this for the apology of a raw chicken sandwich! This is RIDICULOUS! This is so frustrating that they did wrong , and I was the one that had a bite into this sandwich and swallowed before I realized inside was completely raw. Tell me what you guys would do if you were in the same situation.

worst KFC I ever visit. Looked and tasted like the Oil had not been changed in Weeks. Actually Every single time i have the meal and same day i always loose bowels. would give negative Stars if possible.

I would give 0 star if I could. I ordered a combo with 4 piece chicken. I got a breast, a small drum stick, a wing with a piece of small meat attached , and a drummette. I could accept a small drum stick but what in the world is a chicken wing and a drummette counting as 2 pieces ? I am going back to Churches Chicken.

Oh man! These guys are so fast that I have to write amazing. I got pickup order within 1 min of ordering and smoking hot. Best so far. The receipts also good.

Polite and great service as the cashier even asked me if I would like to have any ketchup. As for the food, it is NOT KFC because the chicken doesn't has any of the kfc unique spices/flavor. It's just regular fry chicken, but with soggy skin...

Extremely poorly managed. Went here on the day that had $2 sandwiches and one of the sandwiches did not have any batter and was covered in salt. The staff was fulfilling orders of whom ever came inside the restaurant rather than the order it came in (if ordering online) ended up with 8 people inside instead of the maximum 2 for covid.

If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. This place gave me food poisoning. The quality of the meat is awful, and the flavour is even worse. This is not the KFC I remember.
