Everyone comes to Churches for their well known big, juicy, fresh batches of world famous chicken. They serve variety kinds of chicken from chicken tender strips, Chicken breasts, chicken leg/ thigh, and nuggets. When there are so much emphasis on their regular menu of chicken selection, people often neglect their other menu option. Besides from chicken varieties, I recommend everyone to try the jalapeño Cheese Bombers. Similar to deep fried tater tots, but this is bits of jalapeño mixed in the melted cheddar cheese. It is so addicting and tasty! It makes a great finger food option for parties.

The last time I had Church’s Chicken, I noticed that they had changed their gravy recipe. The new gravy was awful! Flavourless, watery and tasted even worse than the 99 cents instant out-of-a-bag kind! So one night (I was probably procrastinating doing something like studying), I randomly wrote a complaint to Church’s Chicken about their new gravy. I wasn’t really expecting anything. In fact, I didn’t even expect a reply. I mean, take a look at their website . It’s like amateur hour. But to my surprise, I received a very prompt response (within 12 hours)! I was told that they actually received so many complaints about their new gravy recipe that they’ve brought back their old recipe! I was even sent $15 in gift certificates. These arrived two days later in the mail! Talk about good customer service. Boston Pizza, are you taking notes?

Seems like competition in the other reviews. Chicken was hot fresh, and received an extra piece just because! I would recommend checking your order once you receive, as there was something missing last time I was here. However they more than made up for it.
