Review Pioneer's Pub - Richmond

Came for the wings (on Wings night)! They were delicious! There was only one waitress but she was awesome and friendly! Will head back to try some other dishes.

Pretty decent selection of food and drinks. Hubby and I enjoyed our food. Service was a little slow but they seemed understaffed and it was a busy night. Overall a pretty good place, we will be back :)

Visited this neighborhood pub on a Sunday night and the place was pretty empty. They have free popcorn that you can scoop up from a machine and as a result the floor was full of popcorn pieces. Ordered beer, chilli cheese fries, and taco salad. They were average and the server forgot my drink order. It is a pretty relaxed place for a pub and you can watch sports or play Keno with friends.

Food quality and service deteriorated a place we used to go and get GREAT SERVICE now they have one girl ( amazing girl) taking care of the entire restaurant wings we’re cold. And cheese on nachos at the bottom melted stuck on the paper Don’t let this place go to the ground w bad service DO SOMETHING

Good. For what it is, a simple neighborhood pub this fits the perfect rating. You won't get "Cordon Bleu" cuisine, no, this is a small humble pub trying to get by so the food is just ok, ok. So come here expecting that. Come here expecting a bit less than perfect service, a bit too salty or a bit too bland food. But there are bonuses, free popcorn, cheap beer, enough screens, good enough pub ambiance. You can imagine you can be part of this community by coming here. It's not gentrified yet, hopefully it remains like that. Keep it up Pioneer's Pub, remain like that for another 20 years.

Cheap wing night: Tues, Wed, Thurs. Aside from the 3 cheap wing nights, the Pi is a great neighborhood pub that has good food and drink specials. There is ample parking and free popcorn. The service is good too.
