Review Prata-man Restaurant - Richmond

This place is completes the cravings of anyone who grew up in the Southern region and misses the food you get in Singapore. Their Roti and curry is amazing and I would say its worth the wait if you end up in busy time. The meat is really sculent and tender. The Laksa has a very rich broth and the best thing is it sets the standard for Laksa you would eat at Vancouver. This place can get busy very fast so if you go there in a way time just wait it's pretty quick. You are greeted with a hot green tea pairs well to wash down all the richness of the dishes.

Cheap and good tasting food. There's a reason why their take out line always has people in it regardless if the time. Just don't expect to lose weight from eating all this hainanese chicken and hainanese rice. They also close kinda early so probably think about doing take out a bit earlier for dinner rather than eating in.

Great for their hainanese chicken. Call and order ahead if you're ordering take out, they do sell out sometimes. The wait to pick up can be 30 mins to 1 hour (even if you ordered ahead of time)

Great food and very affordable. It’s takeout only now but and debit or cash only. I highly recommend their Hainanese chicken rice. It’s flavourful and boneless. Call them ahead of time for pickup to avoid the wait.

Decent and reasonably priced Singaporean/Malaysian cuisine. Accepts debit card and cash only. Open for take out and dine in. Free outdoor plaza pakade.

Good food and friendly service. Love their Hainanese chicken with chicken oil rice, and curry beef rendang with roti, and satay (chicken, pork, and beef). The curry fish balls was ok but not special.

Ordered the single serve hainanese chicken rice for take-out. I was surprised that after ordering, I received my order so quickly. I realized that the reason I got my order so quickly was because the chicken was cold. Apart from the chicken being cold, the food was good. Don't expect great service here; the staff aren't very friendly. It seemed like they were overwhelmed with the number of orders they were getting.

Pretty good, cash/debit only. Got half hainese chicken (suitable for two). Fried vegetables were also good.

I drive by the restaurant every day and if it's not busy, I always make that turn into the parking lot. It is rare that this restaurant isn't busy, so you need to take advantage when you get the opportunity.
