Yup, as others said, the place might be not super easy to find but it's well worth it. We had an adjarian khachapouri and khinkali, it was amazing. Also got some sujuk and basturma to go, and it's just so good. Highly recommend this place.

This place is like a secret gem in the middle of an industrial area. The food was just so amazing. We shared the jingle bread (bread STUFFED with mint and spinach), the pide roll (dough wrapped with soft cheeses, covered in more cheeses and an egg yolk) and eggplant rolls (cold pressed eggplant with walnuts and spices). We also each got a soup, I got the lamb stew and my friend got their veggie borscht. Both were hearty and filling and the owner even came and offered us some house-made dried meats to try. Wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

When I am coming in this place I always want everything to order because everything looks and taste delicious. Cheese pies are a must to try. The lamb and borsch soups are fresh and delicious. Napoleon , honey cakes and peaches 🍑 are prepared very well. I really recommend this place and their food. We will be back👍🏼😊

We had a chance to grab food between flights and came out to this highly reviewed spot. We sat upstairs where we had a chance to play foosball while we waited for our meal. The portions are large and rich with flavour. We ordered the dumplings thinking they would be small and they would have served as a meal all on their own. Would love to come back again!

First time visit did not disappoint! I had my order as take out and it was still piping hot when I sat down to devour it all. Super nice staff, delicious offerings, parking is a little difficult but don't let that stop you. I will definitely be back!

I travelled to Lamajoun all the way from Calgary, and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and tasted just like what I had eaten in Yerevan and Tbilisi. The young man working at the counter was very friendly. I also really enjoyed the music playlist. An unexpected surprise was the Honey Lemonade. Very refreshing. One drink I would have liked to see on the menu is Тархун... hopefully next time. Overall, a very memorable visit. Wish we had something like this in Calgary. Спасибо большое всем! Вернусь опять!

Only Armenian cafe in Vancouver! Came to try some things my Armenian boss had been talking about and was not disappointed. The food was well cooked, and just a little bit different than foods I've eaten from countries in the same geographical area. No fuss, great prices for the portion sizes. Party of three left full for under $50.00 with a decent tip. It's a quirky little restaurant in a Richmond business park. The second floor is quite nice. They seem quite interested in home automation which was a charming touch.

The food was very very delicious. Everything was perfectly tender and tasty, the Lamajoun, the chicken, and the Khinkali. Also, the portions are very generous, I wasn’t expecting it to be that big! I then had the Napoleon cake with a regular coffee, very good as well. You have to try their coffee. The full experience was really cool. Once you order your food, you go upstairs and when ready, they send it to you via an elevator to a window where you pick up the food! Also, the staff there is AMAZING!!! Right off the bat, they offered me a free tea because they saw that I had walked under the rain. Then, Serge offered me a free ride back to my hotel. He even told me he can pick me up next time I’m in town. Wow! The really went above and beyond. Thank you very much!
