Great customer service especially if the owner is around himself. The desserts are made with rich ingredients. Some dessert items may seem a bit pricey but the taste and quality matches it well. The serve both sweet and savoury items.

Jessica, our server was amazing. She was really helpful with picking a dessert because I was so overwhelmed by all the options, and I was really satisfied with my choice of the DND specialty. And they have the most amazing mocha ice cream ever. Like I have never had mocha that good. The burger came out real quick and tasted amazing as well. I was really happy with the service, and food and wud reccomend dunk for sure. Super delicious!!👍😁

Excellent desserts, came here for the first time, service was very friendly, tried few things, crepe were soft, filled to brim with fresh fruits and you get to choose your own chocolate toppings, white, milk or dark, waffles crispy outside and soft inside. Must try place on young street in Richmond Hill

Amazing. The hot chocolate was one of the best I ever had. Ice cream is great. Whipped cream is very tasty and light, doesn't have a fatty after taste. Chocolate used for dipping is delicious.

I came at a time that wasn't very busy, when they just opened, and the doors were locked. We left and came back 15 minutes later when the doors were locked still, waited another 5 minutes and they let us in. Despite this, the place was very clean and the atmosphere was amazing. High class and beautiful decor and system. Use the lights on the table to communicate that you're ready to order or needs assistance from the front. And though the options were a bit pricey, (nothing under $20) the food came in large portions that we could not finish but wish we could because it was so delicious. On top of this, there was a very sweet lady that helped us and took our order. I wish I remembered her name because she was excellent. She was a pleasant young lady couldnt be older than 25 with tied back brown hair and glasses. She was super friendly and knew the menu and explained how the place worked really well. She even kindly cleaned up the water I accidentally spilled refusing to take my apologies and happily willing to help out and make sure my date and I were happy with our visit. Overall a wonderful experience and delicious food. Worth the wait and excited to come back to see all the other things on the menu! Despite the wait I'm happy to give 5 stars for the exceptional service and really warm, friendly and impressive environment.

Amazing food and the dessert was to die for. The deconstructed Apple crumble pie waffle was beyond my expectations.

Tried their savoury menu items. Pretty good. The side of fries was just too much and had to take most of it home, so best for their business if they cut down on the portion size of their fries (not. Complaint, just a suggestion). Cream of mushroom soup could use a bit more seasoning and flavour. Ice cream/gelato were ok. Great service, we were given 2 extra macaroons on the house as well. Decor is relaxing and modern.

Amazing atmosphere, very well thought out! Attention to detail was impeccable. Live music by Jimmy was amazing. My boyfriend and I ordered Godiva and Tiramisu cheesecake. Only reason why I did 4/5 stars is because this dish was a bit too sweet. Other than that, very impressed.
