30 for 2 people
回頭率:高,正宗,食材新鮮,唯獨收錢唔夠快

We came here seeking good Shanghai food on this night and this place did not disappoint.  The place was nearly full when we got here.  After a short wait, a table for three was available in the corner.  They have smaller dim sum items, specialty soups, individual rice/noodles or larger entrees for a more traditional meal.  For our initial round we ordered the Mini Xiao Lun Bao (mini steamed dumplings), a bowl of Cold Noodles with assorted meat, Glutinous Rice filled with Fried Dough Fritter and Shredded Pork, and Crispy Sesame Crepe Pocket with Minced Pork Stuffing.  The mini steamed dumplings were hot and juice was flavorful as you bit in to the dumpling.  Wrap was not too thick which was perfect.  The Cold Noodles was perfect for such a hot and humid night.  The taste of the sauce was strong and matched up with the chilled noodles perfectly complemented with a hint of chicken.  The Glutinous Rice had a little bit too much rice for my liking and not enough of the shredded pork.  The taste was fine.  Finally, the Crispy Sesame Crepe Pocket was perfectly fried with lot of aromatic sesame seeds stuffed with a marinated pork stuffing.  A must have!  We decided to order round two which came from their special $5.99 menu: Preserved Meat and Vegetable Rice and Fried Sticky Rice Cake with Pork and Vegetables.  They were both very tasty with a slight edge towards the rice.  Honestly, I was stuffed full of starch for the night.  This was our fault for over loading our order with starch.  I am sure the Fried Sticky Rice Cake would be more desirable on an empty stomach.

Came here for lunch today. Ordered a bunch of cold dishes and the Shanghai stir fried noodles. The Siu lung bao pork soup dumplings were not bad. But the shredded chicken over these clear noodles(fun pay) was disappointing. The sauce was very dark, unlike the normal sesame sauce that's suppose to go on it. The hot salty soy milk was not very tasty. The bamboo shoots were very good.
Their services could be better. Everyone looks like they don't want to be there. And when I saw another customer walk past a server she rolled her eyes and was talking about the customer to another colleague of hers. Kind of unprofessional.
I would still come again because the cold dishes are hard to find elsewhere. The vegetarian cold dishes are not bad. It's worth a try. Average restaurant with decent prices but average services. Tip less I guess? Other than that it's alright with parking.
