Coming back to Toronto from the northern shores my friend and I stopped for dinner at this spacious outlet of il Fornello in Richmond Hill having the pictured Caesar salad à deux, Veg & Ham Multigrain Pizza, Multigrain Gorgonzola, Pear and Arugula Pizza, finishing off with a shared Tiramisù, with wines by the glass to match - Malbec and Ripasso. The food was fresh, filling and delicious. The service was personable and fast.
the best Alfredo sauce and calamari fast and friendly service . we go there at least once a every couple of weeks ,the prices are not too bad .
This place has goo good but also great customer service. They really take care of ur needs and don't make u feel like a burden for asking for a change. I think it was the manager, but she brought my margherita pizza and told me herself that she thinks it looks too overdone and that if I feel it is then they will make me a new one! They let me keep this one as an appetizer for my family and actually made me a brand new pizza! I've never experienced such good customer service. The pizza was great once they remade it!
This is a great place to eat with family or a date. Great atmosphere, good food and great service.
I did not like it.. Food was OK but service was not there. My empty water glass was sitting on table forever she never checked me on my food and wine. Why would I bother to go back? I don’t like to judge place just by wait staffs but..
Incoming message. Great pizza not too expencive a few sexy women you know blondes and free additional cheese
We had an experience. We were seated right away on a Thursday night at 6:15. Our drinks, appetizer and meals arrived promptly and well timed though the dining room was half empty. The server was attentive but not pushy and though it took a bit longer than I would have liked to get the cheque, the rest of the service was fine; somewhat friendly, quiet and reserved. They accommodated a menu item to my taste; I asked for the seafood pasta with no mussels or calamari and they substituted more shrimp and scallops. It was delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked typically al dente but I like mine just a tad softer so if you're like me, you might consider requesting they cook it a bit more. The garlic bread was excellent and hubby enjoyed his wood-fire baked pizza; I tasted it and agreed. Though a sophisticated fine dining atmosphere, they do have a (slightly pricy) kids menu and high chairs-thank you!! My 4 yo just shared with us, portions are a good size but not huge so that wouldn't work for a hungrier or older child. And we were not the only ones there with a child. You might be uncomfortable there though if your kids are a bit rowdy or loud (mine can be!) and there are no crayons or coloring pages to occupy them though we hadn't expected any based on the look of the dining room. Bring your own goodies to entertain them. We had the chocolate souffle cake for dessert and it was rich and fudgey. Overall, a very enjoyable meal. I definitely recommend it.
Haven't had a bad meal here yet after about a half dozen visits.
Contrary to what I expected, the waitresses were average. When we first came in there was only one group ahead of us so we waited until the front staff came to greet us. But instead she attended to another group that came AFTER us but that family was very well-mannered and pointed out we were first. Waitress did not offer an apology and just walked us to an empty table (she was either dumb, biased, or just dumbass lol). Anyhow the waitress that came afterwards was fine but took forever with the bill because she was stuck on the POS system or whatever. Needless t
The Funghi Crostini was simple yet delicious! It was a lightly toasted piece of bread with sauteed mushrooms and creamy goat cheese on it. It was a great appetizer to start off the rest of the meal.
