Absolutely delicious shawarmas. Portions are very generous and price is reasonable. Do not listen to these delusional reviewers looking for an authentic experience.
The shawarmas may not be authentic but they sure are delicious and always served with a smile by their delightful staff. I just discovered Joe's a few months ago, but I have made an effort to come at least once a week.

I visited this spot because of the good reviews on urbanspoon. I had the burger combo, it was passable but I definitely wasn't impressed by taste or value. it's a bit over hyped by these locals. this place is just your standard hole in the wall, nothing standout about it.
Great burger place. My bf told me that this place has been around for more than 15 years :) I decided to try its burger (not a huge fan though), to my surprise, I really like it. This place serve fresh food daily, and this is a must for every food venue.
I like everything on their menu by now:) Tzaziki sauce with beef kebob is my favorite!
MMMMMmmmmmm. Nothing beats a yummy thick juicy burger, Joe's burger was great. I'll be back for sure.

Food is good as always. We were told 20 mins wait for the food when ordered but it was 50 mins to get a burger, fries and shwarma sandwich!
Consistent amazing food! So glad we have them in our neighborhood. We usually get the lentil soup, chicken shawarma wrap, falafel wrap, fries and baba ganoush. Food is fresh, toppings are in plentiful and taste is amazing!! Great value for money as well. Can order online and pick up. I wish they had a delivery service!!
The place is called Joe's Hamburgers, and although the burgers (and fries!) are great, they really shine with their Shawarma in my opinion! It was the first place I'd ever tried Shawarma a number of years ago, and honestly, every other place I go to is compared to them as my standard (no one has yet come close). The owners are wonderful people who truly care about what they do, and it shows through the quality of their service and their food. Would highly recommend you check the place out if you're in the area.
I come here regularly and the food is always excellent. I get the chicken shawarma like everyone else. Not sure why the place is called "Joe's Hamburgers" because I've never seen anyone order a hamburger. This is a shawarma joint first and foremost. Probably the best in Richmond Hill.
Heard a lot of solid positive food experience. Second time went with friends for shawarma and fries. Kids and adults enjoyed the meal. Once you have picked the sauces and condiments just wait for it on your table
Best shawarma on a pita in RH. Price is very worthwhile. Pita is packed with lots of meat plus the toppings. It's the only place I have lunch if I forget to pack my own for work.
