I mean, it's like a Tim's express, you know? Limited items but still a great variety. No sitting space except for the food court, staff can be rude but it's understandable since they likely deal with rude customers.

Always busy, sometimes the coffee taste changes, I don't know if it's just me. Other than that rest of the things are ok.

Although the quality is good, it would be nice to see an English only environment. The only people who ever know what the staff is saying is the staff, and it's disrespectful towards the customer

This location is the best in Regina. I am a regular who stops in 3-8 times a week. The odd time there is a mistake (rarely) they are so quick to resurrect. The employees here are extremely friendly and kind, especially Joan. This location wouldn't be where it is today without her. I hope they continue to strive on her behalf. Thank you for all of the wonderful service.

I enjoy going here. I like using the app for orders. I dislike that they don't put the paper in with the donuts, as I get to the office, and all the chocolate is on the bag, and my donut is naked. I stopped ordering donuts which is probably for the best!

Wow! What an amazing experience each and everyday. The employees at this location stand well above the rest and continue to impress me every time I come in. The professional, fast and friendly service at this location is consistent and I have NEVER had an issue with my order. Words you will rarely hear me say about fast food, let alone a Tim's in Regina...
