I mean, it's like a Tim's express, you know? Limited items but still a great variety. No sitting space except for the food court, staff can be rude but it's understandable since they likely deal with rude customers.

Always busy, sometimes the coffee taste changes, I don't know if it's just me. Other than that rest of the things are ok.

Although the quality is good, it would be nice to see an English only environment. The only people who ever know what the staff is saying is the staff, and it's disrespectful towards the customer
