When you go to the food court at the Cornwall Center most of the time when you go to that Subway you cannot hear the staff 2/3 of the time because of the noise. That's when you do speak up you still don't get your order correct most of the time. Even though you tell them what you want it's all great when you speak a little louder to get them to hear what you want and sometimes it takes a while to get through cuz most of them don't speak great English. Plus when you're done when you get to the till they sing you just want the sub do you want a drink and with that do you want to make it a combo they don't ask that. Do you need to train the staff at the Subway at the Cornwall Center to ask do you want anything else with that like a drink or would you like to make it a combo with chips or cookies. Because the staff at the subway in the Cornwall Center their job is to entice people to get more than just the sub sandwich and since they don't do that they think all you want is just the sub sandwich sometimes you got to stop them and tell them you want this this and this and then you finally get to pay for the everything. So you need to entice your stuff at the Cornwall Center Subway to encourage do you want more than just the with the ordered!!
