RE: Rude, ignorant Staff. I don't think it's fair to give such a scathing review based on one experience. I've been going there for breakfast and lunch several times a month for over 5 years and nothing like that has ever happened to me, or to anyone I spoke to. The cafeteria offers a wide variety of food, and it's quick and cheap. I don't find the lines or waiting times to be any longer than I would at the mall and the staff is usually warm, cordial and friendly. As for your comment on you being a professional while they are merely buffet servers, as a professional myself, I find it to be archaic, elitist, and well... simple minded.
