Lunch time treat. There's a reason this place is lined up everyday! There is no way that you can go wrong with any menu item. Everything they offer is absolutely delicious! Hands down the best pasta salad in Regina!
Tried Gilmour's for lunch today and it was delicious! I was surprised how quickly the place filled up so if you're going over the lunch hour be prepared to wait. I would recommend giving this place a try for soup or a sandwich!
One of the Best in the City. I have been to this place a dozen times and have never been disappointed. The food is always spectacular, fresh, and well put together. For a very good price, you get a very good sized sandwhich. I will go back over and over again.
Fantastic. Wide selection of sandwich options, homemade soups and the pickles are to die for. I think I go more for the pickles than the actual sandwiches! Busy place during the lunch hour, but always worth it!
Great Lunch. Service may not be super cheerful but they get the job done and they make fantastic food! Love their vegetarian Chilli (It's Magic) and every sandwich I've had. Menu allows for a lot of personalization, uses local bread made fresh.
Don't go between 12 and 1 on a work week unless you have time to wait in line after all the regulars. 11 - 12 is perfect time.
Different Soups depending on the day, haven't tried any salads.

Food is good. They have quite a few choices for sandwiches. You can choose bread, meat, cheese, toppings, and sauce.

Amazing sandwiches but even better are the homemade soups. They are sneaky good. Definitely a must try do not even have a doubt type of place. They have lots of good choices and you will leave feeling satisfied.
Gilmour's corner is the most amazing place. The owners and staff are always fantastic and so friendly. The food is by far 11/10. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is its downtown and sometimes hard to access. I loved when it was on skip the dishes. Would love if they delivered again. Thanks. :)
If you see the beef and barley soup make sure to get it because it's phenomenal! Much better sandwiches here then any other place downtown. The pickles are ACTUALLY huge, unlike the "huge" ones Press'd claims they have
Once of the best lunch spots in all of downtown Regina, but make sure you know what you want to have when you get to the front of the line. They run a tight ship at the order till.
You won't be disappointed though.
Pros: soups and sandwiches are awesome. Cons: 1 - small place fills up fast and eats your lunch break up waiting in line. 2 - Unfriendly cashier. seriously? smile and be friendly or go work somewhere else not around people

Turkey sandy on a chiabata bun!!! Omg so delicsious. Real turkey chuncked. Pickle on the side. Cream of broccoli soup is so so perfect on this cold -30 sask day!!
Delicious sandwiches, pita pizza, and pasta salad. Puffed wheat cake is usually hard as a rock, get it from Canada Life cafeteria instead.
