Fresh & Sweet has a lovely breakfast/Lunch menu with lots of variety without overwhelming you with too many choices.
It’s also a great place to go with kids, including toddlers. Our 7 month old had his first public “high chair” experience here.

Amazing place. You have to eat here... the I Won't Need Lunch with the White chocolate Banana Bread French toast was the way to go. The Kids drinks were amazing the barista was out of this world.
We were in Regina for a wedding for 3 days, and we ate there on the 1st day, and loved it so much we went back on the 3rd day! Amazing food and the staff was so nice! I very much recommend! I wish we had one in Lethbridge :(
Went to Fresh & Sweet for brunch, very nice servers and service. Tried the French toast, apple pie waffles, mimosas and Carmel macchiato. All very good and tasty. Would recommend!
OMG...we have been trying to make it down but the wind and snow held us back.

Just there with an old friend! People so friendly and the food was simply and perfect. Real roast beef sandwich, yum! The doughnuts looked great, sadly did not eat one this trip, I’ll be back again though!
If you are longing for delicious, brain happiness and emotional comfort deserts, this is the place! I love the twists and donuts. Eating them is like a having a brain orgasm 😂 it is so darn good!!! I could not help my addiction so I introduced my coworkers to their delicious treats 🤣

We had the roast beef buffet with salad and dainties. They were professional, organized, and friendly. Food was hot, tasty, and plentiful. They was even 2nds lol for some. Salads were awesome! Feedback was very positive! Highly recommend them for
