I bought 3 long sleeve dress shirts from Hudson’s Bay Red Deer and I received the best service from Patricia. Her customer service is phenomenal! She was very very nice and very knowledgeable, her 8 years of experience definitely caught my attention. She helped me find the perfect dress shirts that suited my physique the best, she made sure that it wasn’t too tight or too big and she stuck with me until I found 3 perfect dress shirts I was happy to purchase when I only came to buy one! This has the idea that it's expensive and I find lots of great clothes at great prices so no issues. Staff are friendly enough and will help if you ask and won't be pushy

There Was Almost All The Popular International Brands Over There At Hudson Bay But Everything Was Pretty Expensive ( Out of Affordability Level of A Common Man ). We Couldn’t Find Any Clearance Section / Deals / Promotions Over There.

I love to look through the Hudson Bay stores. I purchase items on sale..they always have quality products although my last visit I noticed there were a lot of racks of clothing that were on sale and the quality and workmanship just wasn’t there. I really hope they can get back on track the way they used to be..classy store.
Some unique merchandise and reasonable prices. Long wait for cashiers for both of my purchases.
Wanted to return or exchange boys jogging pants as not right size but was told I couldn't bevause Ì didn't have sales slip EVEN though price tags were not removed. Clerk said they would have to take all info down..search and get back to me...that was two weeks ago...not impressed
Came in to refund some items from an online order, initially had a associate who was not very keen on assisting me. Mentioning they would not be able to complete the transaction for me. Sara, another associate there was near by and offered to give me a hand. She was sweet, kind and understanding. She help me get my refund and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Huge thanks to Sara for going above and beyond for me.
