Cariboo Restaurant menu portions are impeccablely generous.
I enjoy their wings along with The Famous Cariboo Mushroom burger.. is one to try.

Best hotel and Pub in town. Good food, Nice staff and amazing ambience. View to Fraser River from hotel room is amazing. Hotel is right by the fraser river.

Theres weekly specials, I had beef dip, was amazing. I usually end up getting cheese cake when I'm done my meal.
