The food is a clear 5 STARS in my book. We have been there many times and never been disappointed. The Khmer owner is also the cook and prepares authentic fare. It doesn't get better than this.

The food was standard "take away" quality, or like one of those Chinese all-you-can-eat buffets. Service was unorganized or very inexperienced. Atmosphere was not rally nice either. Also I an not sure if this is standard when it is a byob restaurant but they are not selling non alcoholic drinks either. So if you don't bring wine you are stuck with tap water (or tea if you ask for it).

They managed to forget 3 items out of the 4 we ordered, charged an extra 1.95 for rice on the platter with rice listed and the general tao that we received was chewy and soaked.
