I visited this Tims location in December 2021.
The manager of the store was running the cash and not wearing a face mask of any kind, just a face shield.
Being in full pandemic mode and this manager isn't leading by example.
I reached out twice to the store, but no reply for an explanation..

I never expect much from Tim Hortons, because I've worked there and I know their staff is definitely not paid enough to care. So I was pleasantly surprised by Julien, who's positive attitude and careful attention to our order was a breath of fresh air. Merci beaucoup pour votre excellente comportement et travail, Julien!

I ordered an iced cappuccino from my workplace with a reusable cup. It takes me 2 minutes to go from my workplace to there.
They didn't prepare the order before there was no one else on the line... Then the lady ask me what I'm doing here... I ask them if they put the extra pumpkin spice and I have a confused answer, another woman come and pick up the coffee to put it. But then they didn't put the whipped cream before I ask them and they never had any reusable cup...
I waited 15 mins while they served other customer after saying they were calling the manager but had to leave at 15:08 because I was gonna be late for work...

They were training a rooki. The way they did IT seams very clear and easy. So, I do not mind at all even though they told me they were training someone. Good job!

As I'm not very good at speaking French, I did my best to respect their language and culture. The employees recognized the fact I was trying to communicate and as I drove up to the window, she replied "Your French is good, keep practicing!". They smiled at me knowing that I tried my best and I smiled back in appreciation. Looking forward to going back!!

This Tim's is well placed considering that there is a lot of traffic and location. The staff is slow and seems as though they don't quite understand why you go to drive thru, I believe they think its a drive in and your there for hours.
Waited 12 minutes to get 2 coffees and 2 donuts no exaggeration and both were delicious. The staff doesn't seem to grasp it's fast food in a drive thru.

WARNING: FOOD POISONING!
I have been going to this Tim Hortons for a year and a half as i work beside it. Never had a problem before but recently there has been a staff change, i ordered a BLT and came down with food poisoning the next day.
I am certain it originated from this Tims.

Amazing service!!! The cashier was smiling and was very efficient. Only feedback would be to add a trash can by the drive thru station.
