Welcome by magical smells transporting me to a younger age of family souvens at the old and classy bakery near grannie's, was my first impression. Right away I felt at home between the mix of fresh bread and coffee entertaining my nose. Place is cozy and seats are near de sunniest windows in the neighbourhood. Service is friendly and nice but the products offered are in a class apart! We tried chaussons and passed ours expectations at first bite. Also bought a piece of bread for home and was delicious. Very happy of this discovery and willing to return soon.

Clean and tidy place with nice staff! I ordered chicken pie “pâté au poulet” and latte. The bread of the pie was crispy and delicious. The bakery doesn’t have any filtering coffee, only espresso coffee and it was O.K.

Pastry is very tasty. Coffee is good too. They also sell some local jam. Ambiance is welcoming and relaxing. Parking on the street is relatively easy to find on weekdays but a little hard on weekends.

Excellent chocolate croissants. Enjoyed a large mocha in addition to. Fast, excellent and friendly service. I will return tomorrow to endeavor on a pastry devouring expedition.

I lived in Québec for 2 years and tried almost every bakery in town. This is hands down the best for almost everything. Their chocolates are a little run of the mill. And they don't have any spinach and feta pastries (like boîte à pain down the road), but everything else here is amazing. If you're from out of town, get a chocolatine (reheated) and a Cafe au lait. Then dip your warm crunch chocolate pastry into the coffee foam. You won't regret it!
