It's almost a mandatory stop when you're in Québec City, but the poutine is okay. I can't say it's the best in the world or the best in Québec, but I mean, It's okay. The fries are soft, the cheese feels a little too processed. You know what's delicious? The gravy! It is solid. If you're in Québec City, have a small Chez Ashton poutine, but have another one elsewhere also.

Fast and lovely service, the team and the managing team as well know what they are doing.
They just don't put enough cheese and gravy sauce, i suggest you to ask for a supplement, so the fries will be smooth in your mouth.
