Pho was really good, has a good mix of Chinese food options. It's more of a fancy Vietnamese restaurant. You can bring you own wine here

Arriving to an empty restaurant at dinner time made our group a little apprehensive, but within a few moments the smiling owner appeared and sat us in this well decorated restaurant.
The owner was patient and though his English was not the greatest. He helped the children in our group with booster seats as well as extra plates and bowls.
Menu is succinct but has a variety of Vietnamese fare. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet and was not disappointed. The broth is flavourful and deep and all ingredients tasted fresh. The serving size was small however, compared to many other Canadian Vietnamese restaurants.
Overall, a positive experience and would return, Id also order an appetizer next time.

The pho was exactly what I wanted. Since moving to Quebec from the west coast I've been craving pho for quite a while. Most Asian restaurants I've tried in Quebec have just been a hogwash of general taos with nothing much else to offer. Pho Saigon blew me away. The soup was flavorful. Our server gave us hoisin and sriracha, bean sprouts, thai basil, lime, and chilis. We ordered the pho dac biet which is a fully loaded all the meats kind of soup. There was brisket, strips, tripe, and beef balls. It was delicious.
The service reminded me of every Vietnamese run business back home as well. Quiet, attentive, and polite.
The only negative thing I might have to say is the bowl was a bit small for a $15 soup. A bowl of soup that size is usually $10 in Vancouver, but I'll pay the extra $5 if I'm in Quebec for a taste of home. I also wanted chili oil as I prefer that over sriracha but they did not have any.

Because of covid we didn't eat there we order to go the banh xio where missing of everything and the chien com ga was at most ok... but after a year in Hanoi we are truly sure it is not a real Vietnamese restaurant :( we will try more in quebec and see

After some research we went this place. This is the best place you can get decent pho in Quebec city. Pretty tasty and portion was just right. The young waiter kindly answered our questions. The owner brought us food. He wanted to make sure that we have everything we need. Don't forget to ask both Hoisen and spicy sources. The owner brought them from a refrigerator. We ordered pathai, chicken and salmon dishes and all was very good. Prices are reasonable. There are meter parking spaces available outside of the restaurant.

Very good. Prices ok. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Québec.
