Review Gael Vidricaire Patisseries - Quebec City

Such a cute pastry/chocolate shop! I'm impressed by how artsy and delicious the sweets we bought that were. The owner was very friendly and patient, and if I could go back there to try out more selections, I would!

Little gem patisserie in Quebec City. The pastries and cakes change weekly but are all delicious. We particularly enjoyed the blueberry linzer tart but all of their pastries are very unique. Staff are also extremely helpful, friendly and patient and took the time to describe each cake and pastry and recommend their favorites. Highly recommend you stop by if in Quebec City!

Amazing. Had the eclair -- the pate choix was flavorful and held in the chocolate cream and jam well. Hot chocolate was clearly made from a healthy dose of real chocolate. Great patisserie just a few blocks off the Cartier corridor.

Best dessert in Quebec City.

(Translated by Google) Absolutely up to my expectations! The ice creams are fine and perfectly balanced. A pure delight with seasonal flavors. I loved “strawberries from the island of Orleans” and also rhubarb. Beyond all that, a very pleasant meeting with Madame Vidricaire who advised us on combinations of sublime ice cream and sorbet flavors. Thank you! Merci!

(Translated by Google) An insignificant pastry with very limited choices at ridiculously high prices and with very sweet and pasty tastes; in short, the opposite of what a gourmet and varied pastry should be.
