Review Restaurant Erawan - Quebec City

Nice presentation but flavours are not there as you’d expect from an authentic Thai

Good food and nice restaurant on the main floor. The service has always been excellent. The only reason why it has gone down hill for a year or so is that Erawan accepts reservations for large groups in the basement and upper floors where much liquor is brought. It is a bring your own wine restaurant but at one point, the restaurant loses its standing when people drink way too much.

Ordered for takeout.... Have been in this neighborhood for 4 years and had never visited here; and found out why today. Food all tasted the same; straight from a bag in the freezer to the microwave, frozen vegetables, instant rice. Horrible. Portions were tiny. Overall completely disappointed. Definitely will never go back.

Very good vibe. Their food is top rate, especially the imperial rolls! A mist have. I really enjoyed the food presentation; you know that they put pride into their work.

The food was amazing from start to finish, the waiters were really nice and helpful, 10/10 would go again

I've eaten at Erawan twice and the food was excellent on both occasions. They offer a wide selection of entrées so you should have no problem finding something you like. The atmosphere is nothing special although they always seem to attract a full crowd. I'd make reservations unless you're planning to eat early. As for prices, it's not cheap. By the time you add taxes and tip, a meal consisting of a small cup of soup, two small egg rolls, Pad Thai (generous portion), tea or coffee, and a very unimpressive dessert will cost about 35$. It's not cheap but the food is generally good. I wouldn't rush out to eat at Erawan but I wouldn't hesitate if someone else was picking up the tab.

Lovely owners. Awesome food that taste like heaven. Pretty rooms. Good service. I go there couple time per years since 2008. They improve something every year. It's my favorite Thai restaurant.

The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very friendly. If you want liquor it's bring your own. The food ... Perfect!
