I have been to this specific location about half a dozen time to that specific location and it has always been a great experience.
I also visited many of their locations in Ontario and Quebec and in my experience the quality of the food, beer and service has been very consistent.

Was at one of these locations a few days ago in montreal. Food was good but slightly overpriced. But it was a good experience. The same can not be said for this one. To start. Manager was rude, didn’t welcome us into the restaurant. Just showed us to our table without a menu. Staff didn’t notice we were there for 20 minutes. After ordering, food didn’t arrive for an entire hour. Candied Bacon Burger was somehow dry, as well as the chicken BLT. Was never asked about the food or was even approached about water or condiments. Will not be back.

Owner beware, your staff seems to be sabotaging your restaurant. I called in for a 10 person reservation and they said they were busy and had no more place. We showed up anyway and the place was dead, we could have brought 50 people with no problems. On arrival we were "informed" the kitchen was about to close and we needed to order ASAP, but it took very long for our order to arrive and they even forgot my son's order. They simply said nothing could be done as the kitchen was closed (bad luck I think). After the orders they got right came in, the staff simply disappeared, not even there for water or drinks. At the end we decided not to tip and we were challenged by the staff. Frankly, if you own this business, save yourself the headache and close down.

Had a reservation , was pretty horrible, server never even brought us water , the food didnt taste of much (waited 1.5 hours +) , i ordered the same as a friend but our food was completely different , couldnt even get salt and the server never even ordered our appetizers. the server then argued with us saying we were the problem, she ended up going in the kitchen and throwing the plate she had in her hands. We gave 15$ tip for an 85$ order (because we do understand the lack of employees during covid) and honestly after the servers attitude i wish i would of gave 0$ tip. I will deff not be going back to this place. Very bad experience overall.

Le service de celui des galeries de la capitale est très médiocre. On a l'impression que les serveurs veulent se débarrasser le plus vite possible de nous. Recevoir son plat principal en même temps de manger son entrée est très ordinaire et manque de professionnalisme. Ce faire offrir la facture au lieu d'un dessert et d'un café est tout autant décevant. Les serveurs manquent de courtoisie. J'y suis aller plusieurs fois et je fais le même constat à chaque fois. Décevant pour un beau restaurant comme cela.

Pis quand j'call une pinte, avoir un col de 3 pouces de mousse c'est pas sexy.
Vous avez vraiment besoin d'améliorations, d'ici là je vais faire le détour.

Nous sommes allés samedi soir le service était très ordinaire environ 20 minutes d'attente avant d'avoir notre bière et enfin arriver ce n'était pas les bonnes consommations 😑ont nous avais placer à une banquette perdu à côté des toilettes avec un groupe de 50 personnes qui étaient là pour un anniversaire mais il n'avait pas asser de place pour le groupe donc le temps que tout le monde arrive ont à eut droit à 7-8 personne debout devant notre table qui jasais bravo pour l'intimité par contre la bouffe était bonne mais ont à vraiment eut l'impression d'être négligé à cause de ce groupe .

J'aimerais remercier les employées d'être super courtoises avec la clientèle! Elles ont fait des pieds et des mains pour nous placer, groupe de 10 personnes sans réservation qui ont changé de plan de dernière minute!
