Had breakfast here for a couple of days. Service was generally pleasant and friendly. Buffett breakfast does not offer a huge variety of choices. Usual hotel fare. The service is the reason I give it a four instead of three out of five.

By now, you've realized I have certain dietary issues. So I was needing fish for lunch but due to the lunch time hours of most places near the conference center in Quebec City, most finer fining that can cater to me food issues are closed at 2 in the afternoon or have very short selections. When I explained to the server, Hugo, at Allegro that I am celiac with a dairy intolerance and that what I was really needing was fish, he asked the chef what could be done. Good God! It was amazing for being a simple grilled salmon with a salad! Check out the before and after pictures - they're worth a thousand words!
