Ate three times in this restaurant during our 2 days stay. Good location! 2 minutes walk to our hotel. The famous church sits right cross the street. What attracts me most is the window seats option. We sat beside the opened big windows and enjoyed the Summer wind while eating. Staffs are very friendly. I forgot to take picture of their signature paella 😄. If you don’t know what to order, try their paella and beef spaghetti.

Very good food ! Seafood soup Delicious, rich and creamy. The onion soup is one of the best I've tasted, it's made just as it should be. The paella is very rich in seafood. They are very generous.good service And the prices are good for what they offer. thank you!

Great combinations of food quality and reasonable prices. Good selection of sea food dishes. Pleasant environment, more like a good restaurant than a pub. It's uniquely suitable for a romantic dinner and a family/friends gathering. I would definitely dine there again.

Made a reservation in advance and ordered paella and pasta. The paella is kind of wet. I like the sizzling version I had before in other places better as it's more crispy. Pasta dish has good ingredients with varieties but the pasta itself is not good because of it's soft texture.

Cozy and quaint atmosphere. Daniele was very friendly, provided great service and helpful suggestions. I ordered the featured Poutine which was so delicious and the Allie's French Martini with Quartz Canadian Vodka. This was the perfect place to start of my first night being in Quebec City and gave me all the warm and fuzzy feelings of a Canadian Pub. Would definitely recommend!

A good honest friendly restaurant with good food at decent prices. I enjoyed especially the fish chowder, the beef pasta, the raw tuna & the paella over two suppers. Andre the server was excellent. Recommended.

Great food, excellent service. We got the Chicken Wings to start. For mains, we got the Steak Frites and Mussels and Fries. For dessert, the chocolate cake. We also got a bottle of wine.
The bill came up to $130+ after taxes and tips which was pretty reasonable. All our dishes tasted very good. What's really impressive is the service - so helpful and kind!

D'Orsay is a european style cozy, lively and a stylish pub. The gentleman who took great care of us that evening was Hernán Corrales. The guest services were amazing. Everything on the menu we ordered was put together masterfully.
The french union soup was authentic and delicious. The Halibut fillet was the best we have ever had. From the grille; chicken breast was succulent and juicy. The D'Orsay coleslaw was fantastically balanced so that when you taste it together, fireworks; the perfect fusion!
Do make reservations when you plan to visit. Weekends can be very busy.

First time in Old Quebec! Decided to eat at Wongs. Glad we made that choice!! Great food and friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely the worst Chinese restaurant I have experienced in memory both in terms of service and quality of food. Ordered three bowls of noodles of different kinds (one seafood soup, one BBQ pork soup and one wonton soup), but they all surprisingly tasted like bowls of msg except they ran out of salt. I doubt any of the chefs are even Chinese since the menu has no more than a pitiful of 20 dishes. I couldnt even find Ginger beef on the menu because they only had beef and broccoli and vegetable beef shrimp under their beef section. Guess Panda Express is already some miles ahead of them in terms of varieties. What dazzled us the most is that they charged us 15% of tips for a table of 3 when we asked for the bill and was even courteous and cute enough to draw a smiley face beside it to show off their adorable math skills. What considerate waitresses. I must applaud their efforts. I don't know if this is typical or coincidental, but I like to invite you all to check out this fabulous "Chinese' restaurant and have a taste of their spectacular services.

Vegetables, my friends. Tasty vegetables. In the land of gravy and cheese. Wong's has nutritious vegetables, and the egg rolls and fried rice were very good. Service was just perfect. Enjoy.

The food was excellent. We were very pleased with the quality and authenticity of the dishes. The Wonton soup and egg rolls were exceptional. Many delicious mains to choose from. We tried the creme brûlée made with green tea for dessert and it was amazing. We will be back! Definitely worth a visit! Best Chinese restaurant in town!
