Vacationing with 2 other couples and we were staying at the Best Western. This restaurant is in the hotel. Went for dinner and it was absolutely the best time we have had eating out. The server Jimmy was absolutely the best server we have ever had. Funny, very funny, efficient, fast and just all round good guy. I think we are going back again for dinner tonight.

Bistro located in the Best Western hotel. While its great that the Hotel has food options for convenience (the reason for my patronage) the food and its presentation fell a little short. $14 is not unreasonable for a burger in a restaurant, but my cheeseburger came with processed cheese, a rather plain bun, and a small side of fries. Condiments came in plastic containers to be added as desired. Most of the items on the menu are $20+, so I would expect a bit more from a restaurant at this price point (starting off with real cheese).
The presentation also left a bit to be desired with a rather large square plate and a comparatively small amount of fries. Either a larger serving of fries or a smaller plate would improve the presentation of this dish.

Just don't. Especially for breakfast. It's a nice enough space and the servers are pleasant - but the food is lacklustre at best. We spent 4 days in Quebec and had better breakfasts every morning at other cafes/restos. Cochon Digne is a way better choice (several locations close by). The breakfasts were over priced and poorly prepared. Greasy crepe. Soggy waffle (with melons?!?!). Coffee is hot brown water - shame because there is a nice cafe with good coffee in the hotel. There's a lot of great breakfast food in QC. 330 is not one of those places - it should be upping it's game. As for the buffet - if it's free I guess - but it looked horrifying - like someone else's discarded breakfast put in a serving tray and placed under terrifying red lights. Not appealing. Here's hoping they set some new targets for themselves.

Terrible service, 2 wait staff for 6 tables and each one left neglected. Food was ok but really nothing special. Very poor use of what could be lovely ambience. Very disappointing.

Bunch of liers. We book Christmas dinner for 20 people on the 24th. When we came they said that they can accommodate only 18 and 5 minutes later only 10 as the other tables are booked by another party.... worst service ever....

J'ai vraiment aimé mon expérience au Bistro Le 330. On a super bien mangé. Étant intolérante au gluten, je me suis sentie normale pour une fois, car j'avais vraiment du choix. On a eu du fun avec le personnel vraiment sympathique. Je vais y retourner.

Nous étions supposer aller souper hier soir pour mon anniversaire avec mes parents qui sont descendu de la Beauce. nous nous sommes collé le nez à la porte, car il y avait un bris technique. Nous avions effectué une réservation. Le restaurant avait donc nos coordonnées pour nous rejoindre. Ce qui n'a jamais été fait.
