Have returned, Would Recommend. Best coffee in Quebec city. Specifically made the time to return during a 2 day weekend trip. Consistency is what turns good into great. Great Latte, foam is perfect, temperature immediately drinkable (perfect). Water is filtered. Price is cheaper than average too. Beans are affordable and service is prompt and quick. Usually lots of people hanging outside. Takes AMEX

Super cool spot, came here for a latte glacé which was great. Definitely recommend for someone interested in grabbing coffee to go or wanting to purchase beans.

Excellent coffee! Quick and kind service. Fair prices. We got coffee here two days in a row. We tried their lattes, macchiato and cappuccino and all were incredible. Espresso was 🤌 and the barista knows what they are doing. We purchased beans to bring home with us and they gave us a cute little tote! Highly recommend this place if you’re into great coffee! They also have a nice sitting area outside - shady in the morning. A good selection of highly rated home coffee making items as well.

Amazing experience I had in this shop. The crew is very friendly with great expertise and pride. And the coffee here is a blast, please do try out the new victoria project coffees 😀

This place was great. The people were great—even after I immediately dropped a latte all over the floor. I got an exceptional americano. They also have reasonably priced beans so we bought a couple of bags and can’t wait to try them. Definitely recommend!

I went there to purchase grounf coffee et and a iced latté (whish was delicious). The vibe is casual and relax. There is not much place to sit down but you can take your coffee to go. The staff is kind and help me choose the coffee from my taste. I will definitively come back there.

Coffee is not meant to be sour and acidic, but that’s what they offer. I could see the quality equipment but poor execution. I specifically asked to tell me if the coffee is sour and I dislike sour coffee, They said it's fruity but not sour.

As soon as you enter you can smell the best coffee aromas in the air. I loved the alongè was tasty, creamy and full bodied at its best. Believe me, I am Italian and we are used to think to our espresso as the only good coffee in the world. Now I know it is not true. Good job girls!

Excellent choix de grains et prix décent. Là où ca fout le camp, c’est au niveau du service. Je compte facilement sur une main les fois où j’ai obtenu un bonjour et un sourire comme accueil. Ca semble souvent leur peser lourd de devoir quitter leur conversation avec les amis qui vont boire le café sur place. Plusieurs commis semblent aussi se soucier d’avantage de pourboire au détriment du service rendu. C’est un sac de café que j’achète, pas un repas 7 services. Spécification, je ne peux pas parler pour le service du café préparé car je le bois chez moi, y a moins d’air bête dans la place. Malheureusement je dois acheter mon café a cet endroit faute de choix, les autres sont beaucoup trop cher ou de piètre qualité.

I love their coffee!!!! The service were amazing and the workers are so friendly!!!The environment was amazing and relaxing. Well worth it to experience the environment and the coffee and tea!!!! =D

Le plus chaleureux de St-Jean-Baptiste. Mais il fait un peu (très) frette en hiver, même avec des gros bas de laine. Je suggère l'installation d'une toute petite chaufferette, ça donnerait une ambiance de refuge de ski de fond !

Non vous ne rêvez pas c'est le MEILLEUR CAFÉ DU QUÉBEC!! Tout est de qualité!! Tout y est bon!! Le café bien sûr! Le employés,les pâtisseries sont délicieuses tout cela dans une ambiance en bois réconfortante. En bref on s'y sent exceptionnellement bien!! Vive Cantook!! Un enseignement sur les vraies valeures!!

The absolute best cup of coffee in Quebec. Do NOT miss this place if you are in town. The girl that made my coffee is so good at what she does. I watched her work as I drank my cup of Salvador coffee. The atmosphere is also amazing.

Juste allez goûter leurs cafés... Un méga coup de coeur pour ces passionnés de café - Dominique et Louis-Philippe - avec qui j'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à boire et discuter! Le seul vrai bon café dans l'historique ville de Québec. Vraiment.

Time of Visit: Breakfast/Lunch on August 19th Order: Cappuccino, and a chocolate pastry Pros: Coffee and overall selection Cons: Seating and size of store Thoughts: First let's talk coffee; it was good. Nothing that I was absolutely blown away by but it was good pure espresso. They didn't load it down with sugar, or burn the espresso (common occurrences with a lot of cappuccinos). The espresso itself was delicious, and the foam (my wife is a huge fan of the foam on coffee) was quite good as well. As it was still a bit early so we also got a chocolate pastry to go with the cappuccino. Again the pastry was very good, but nothing to write home about. What I was incredibly impressed by was the selection of coffee in the store. Not the coffee being brewed but the actual coffee availably for purchase to prepare at home. There had to be at least 30 different kinds of coffee along with all the various tools needed to make the coffee. They had slow drips, french press', Aeropress', Chamex, and pour overs all in stock. Based on the number of people that stepped and picked up a pound or less of coffee while we were waiting on our order, this is the local coffee drinkers shop. Unfortunately based on the number of people that walked in, then immediately back out, when they saw the 5 person line; it is not the place you come to "hang out". The store was exceptionally small; while there was a small area in the back for 5-7 people to sit, I asked my brothers and sisters to step outside while we waited on the order as 8 people was starting to make the stood feel overly crowded. I would say this is the place you go to get your coffee supplies, and your morning or afternoon cup of coffee. While it is very good, the physical space the store is in keeps it from really being a "hang out" spot for more than 2-4 people at a time.

Si vous passez à Québec et êtes passionné de café, que vous souhaitez découvrir un endroit cosy, rencontrer un artisan qui sélectionne et torréfie lui même ses grains, qui maîtrise parfaitement les différents procédés d'extraction et d'infusion : arrêtez vous là! Thats it that all ^^

Best café ever et moins cher que partout.. Ça sent bon, c'est beau, sympa et rapide. Demandez qu'on ne vous remplisse pas trop le verre pour un latté, il est souvent trop plein. :)
